12My food was freshly prepared and tasted great. The female at the counter who took my money was curt and rude. She did not acknowledge me. I was the only person in the dining room. She did not say hello, welcome, she just stared at me. So I stared back. She finally asked my name, I told her. She verified my order. Took my money and told me they had no pennies.is that okay? Had she been kind, of course it was okay, but since, no, I asked if she would give me a nickel instead or if I needed to cancel my order. She grunted, yes grunted, at me, gave me my change, and stomped yes, stomped away. Never saw her again while I ate. Person who handed me my food was kind, others I saw in the restaurant were also friendly. But counter girl was just rude.
Yeah I called last Saturday I Had Taco Bell deliver And when it was delivered it was a wrong order I contacted them a lady contacted me back later that afternoon I told her I was at work would contact her when I got off. Well how did I know I was going to be admitted to the hospital with a stroke now I tried to contact her no response so I lost 12 dollars and did not get to eat. They do not look out for the customer they don't care all they see is a paycheck no care in the world for the consumers I wish I could get my money back or apologize and redo my order
I came threw the drive threw at 11pm they are open till 2am. My order was 30 dollars, and they refused to break 100. I get it if I ordered 5 dollars worth of food, but that was not the case! Super frustrating and annoying!
Watch this location, they short you on meat portions, never had this happen at any other Taco Bell, our burritos had practically no meat in them.

Completely messed up my pregnant wife’s order. Then also charged extra for a taco that’s on the menu. The daytime manager here is a complete joke of a human being. Didn’t want to help my wife so she made her wait in the lobby for 20 minutes and was rude about everything. Definitely won’t waste money here for bad customer service. Especially when they were the ones who messed the order up
Was told at drive through that they wouldn't open for another minute. Yes one minute lol
I usually love Taco Bell but the Quinlan location runs so hot and cold I won't be back. Dining out these days is way too expensive to roll the dice.
Awful experience. Had to wait 30 minutes for my order only to find they had it all wrong. When I tried to tell them my order was wrong, they ignored me.

Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and the bar is so low. 30 minutes to get a Crunchwrap and taco.
Shyann double charged me for something small, I asked her to fix it and she said she would. She straight lied to my face when I asked again if it was fixed. I cakes her out, again she said she'd "fix it", but did nothing. Then when I told the other girl not to worry about the double charge, Shyann rolled her eyes and scoffed. It wasn't even a big deal, but the fact that she lied and then copped an attitude struck a nerve with me.
