Why do the staff have to be so rude! Our order is NEVER correct AND the drive thru staff doesnt care at all! We live 1/2 way between Anna and Melissa.we ARE done with this taco bell! Never EVER again. 5 times and your out!

Bad experience now each time I go they get the order wrong, when I bring it to their attention they get mad and don't want to fix it. I can tell by facial expressions and body language. All I ordered was 2 5 layer burritos with no sour cream and extra nacho cheese. I get extra shredded cheese. Order was simple. Hire employees thats has good customer service. I was going on the inside but the lobby was locked no note stating why or a note apologizing for the inconvenience. Then didn't offer to remake them just asked was cheese on the side ok I said yes all because I didn't want them doing anything to my food. I got the side of cheese wasn't enough so the guy smacked his lips and returned back to the kitchen then the little girl handed me a big side and asked was that enough with a hair hanging from the side of it but said it sarcastically. I just left because they wasn't going to do their job right. So please check your order before you leave in case the lobby is closed at 7ish. Other wise you have to wait in a long line just to try to get it corrected. They shouldn't be closed unless the whole store was closed. FYI hiring people call their last employer to see if they are rehireable first. 2nd do 2 interviews 1 with hiring manager then 2nd with the GM.be watchful body language and dress code for an interview can tell you alot about a person. NO MANAGER IN SITE NO APOLOGY FROM EMPLOYEES I WAS CALM THE WHOLE TIME UNLIKE OTHER CUSTOMERS YELLING TRYING TO FIGHT. I KNOW BECAUSE IM A MANAGER AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!

First off, I’m a diehard Taco Bell fan. I have been since I was a kid.

After moving to the Anna/Melissa area, I was excited to have this location nearby.

It has consistently been the WORST experience I’ve had from ANY fast food chain. Even the Taco Bell locations in Oak Cliff had better service than this!

Twice I have ordered on the app hours before their posted closing time only to arrive at a deserted restaurant with no one to help. Why bother accepting orders via the app if you aren’t even open to help customers?

The few times I have gone during lunch hours the food quality has been extremely poor. They also post a sign telling you that you must pick up mobile orders in the lobby even though the app lets you choose drive thru pickup as an option.

Both the local owner AND Taco Bell corporate should be beyond embarrassed by this location. They should just close permanently and let another company that actually cares have the real estate.

Friendly and polite but order completely wrong. My stuff plus someone else's also. Mine was on the bottom of the bag, smashed and disgusting and soggy. It was drive thru so I didn't know til I got home. Tacos soggy smashed and stuck to paper. Everyone says the Taco Bell is bad and I guess they are right.

So apparently ordering a cheese quesadilla, 3 soft tacos, 2x nacho fries and a chicken chalupa and a Dr. Pepper will get you.a nacho bell grande and a doritos locos taco. Love spending money and not getting the food we paid for. Horrible service!

When you call to get it sorted out, no one answers. In fact after several rings you get a disconnect signal.

Dirty bathroom with empty paper towel dispenser. No one to take orders. Kiosk doesn't offer tea products; wouldn't want them from the nasty drink station anyway. Generation Z is clueless about customer service and cleanliness. Too bad zero stars isn't an option.

They close when they want to even tho they’re supposed to close at 2 went thro the drive through and they said they’re closed. There lazy and don’t want to work it’s a shame what Taco Bell has come to

Google currently shows DINE IN Delivery or Drive Thru. Its 2: 35 on Sunday 4/23/23 and the lobby doors are all locked. Another car just pulled up and tried to go in as well and drove away after finding all the doors were locked. There should be signage explaining why the dining area is closed. So we will be going some where else to eat where the lobby is actually open. Covid is over.no reason to have lobby closed during normal business hours on a Sunday.

This taco bell don't need those kids working there at night they are not responsible I do Uber eats and I go to get my order and they said that the order is already pick up by some else while I'm talking to the costumer they lie this kid don't want to work they don't take a job seriously I always have issues at that taco bell fire them all and get responsible hard working people

Worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Everytime I have made the mistake of coming here, I have had issues. Food takes forever and cold on several occasions. Chalupas are hard as a rock. Really not worth me spending any more time complaining so review over. ANNA location is 10 times better.

The staff was rude, they messed up my whole order and refused to fix it and they have a sign that says go inside for pick up orders then have the doors locked.and they had a complete attitude the whole time. Melissa taco bell isn't worth the time or money! They obviously don't care about the guest.

This place was HORRIBLE. And no, lm not over exaggerating. The chicken quesadillas cheese was not melted, and floor was wet, and the food was even cut. I wish l could give this place a 0, never EVER come here!

I ordered 4 items. 3 of them were wrong. This was after they were out of the combo being advertised on the board. The reviews are in. I guess it’s our fault if we keep going.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Don’t think I’ve ever seen them open on time. At least 30+ mins late. When they are open, my order has never been correct. This is an every time occurrence. Seems to be the trend with all the fast food places in Melissa.

Worst Taco Bell ever not worth the time and effort to order from this establishment never get the correct order or never have the ingredients to make order have nothing good to say about the restaurant

It's like this place is never open even when it shows that they are open either hire more or just not open again
