The food wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as most of the Taco bells we visit in North dallas. Maybe I'm biased. But we had been filming in fort Worth and so we look for the closest Taco bell. I didn't even end up eating my burrito. ‍️

This place is horrible. The workers are rude, waited inside 5 minutes for someone took my order or even acknowledge that i was there. Then i asked for a cup holder and the lady threw it on the counter and walked off. Don't even deserve a 1star rating

When placing order I was asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said yes. They handed me my order, it was sealed, so I asked if I got hot sauce and they said yes. Of course there was no sauce in my order. Mexican food without sauce is pointless.

I went to this Taco Bell late at night and received the most amazing service! I can’t remember her name but she was a very nice lady with blue ish hair. After witnessing her deal with a very difficult and rude customer, quite possibly the worst customer I have ever seen, she handled it with the utmost professionalism and then continued to have a positive attitude and deliver great service to me! This woman deserves a raise and a promotion and you guys are lucky to have someone like her working for you guys! Working the late night/ early morning shift is not fun at all, and this woman truly goes out of her way to deliver a high quality of customer service. You guys are truly lucky to have an employee like her and I hope she receives some recognition for this! I will definitely be back soon to personally thank her.

I went into the drive thru after I guess the lobby was closed I purchased two chalupa Cravings box has I had the new Dorito Loco Supreme and a bean burrito my order was not complete when I check the bag I went to the door nd employee kept telling me to go around in the Drive-Thru.drive-thru with packed so I wasn't going to sit in drive-through and wait on something that they had messed up so I ask for the manager I guess the one who told me to through drive-thru was making a joke about Me Knocking at the door.so other employees come peeping in looking instead of trying to help the manager finally decided to come to the door stating he can't open the door after hours I didn't wanting him to open the door I wanted him to correct my order I stated I'm not going back to the drive-through and wait in line for something you all messed up he went to get the rest of the order and still didn't get the order complete and correct but they think it's a joke I work hard for my money so what I order that's what I expect to get nothing more I paid for everything that I received but sad to say very poor very poor customer service tonight

I went there because it was closed to my house I order chalupas and they were cold also order a dozen of delights and they were hard and it hurt my gum and teeth I also ordered some cruchwraps and they were also cold everything was awful please make sure everything is hot so a costumer will come back. I been working in fastfood service for 10 yrs and I make sure costumer leave happy and satisfied on their visit

Food was fresh and employees nice but the drive thru was broken so it was kind of inconvenient to have to go inside.

This Taco Bell is extremely rude
They have a big sign that says drive thru only I get to the window and they tell me I had to get off because the timer from the drive thru was going up they didn’t take my order and told me they couldn’t because the system was down but I was able to order in front counter left with nothing the manager didn’t even help and the employee was super rude

I used to be a regular at this location but not anymore. They messed up my order on UberEats. Then 2 times in a row, the first time I was in the drive through line waiting & saw the paper saying they were out of fries so I drove away & assumed maybe they were too busy. The next time I came back which is today around 2-3PM. Very empty store. No one was in the drive through so I thought maybe I would get the fries today. I drove up to the drive-thru. The lady on the speaker greeted me then I started my order. While I was ordering, she was laughing with someone or sth. A laugh was not a big deal until the middle of the order she started laughing again & never heard a word back until I said Hello like 4 times. I wanted 3 fries but they said they were out of fries. How? The place was empty. This time they didn't even put up a sign saying the fries were out. Maybe they didn't want to make a sale? Or too busy talking/laughing in the restaurant. My order was simple only 3 tacos & 3 fries. That was it but ig they don't appreciate my business then. No apologies nothing so I just canceled the order & drove away. You're lucky I don't know your store number or I would have completed the survey & let the store know quicker.

I work in construction and had a lunch break that was 45 minutes long. They took 20 minutes to give me my food and to find out they had skip my order on the monitor. I was so mad but i didn't show it. Smh!

This taco bell is always hit or miss. Either it's great and my order is right or they are slow and my order is wrong. I've had to go back several times to correct an order, I ALWAY LOOK NOW!

Work late, so when I get to leave early I go to this specific Taco Bell. Was told grills were down because it was closing time. It was 3: 10am. You still close at 4 on weekends right. Checked the door and the website. There was no one in line (in front or behind), and now I can see why. Employees must've been turning people away by saying things were unavailable. Pure laziness. Avoid

Customer service was garbage. The managers that were working at the time are unprofessional and rude. Not caring for customers or employees.

Decent Taco Bell but often forgets an item (i.e. Nacho sauce, single burrito, etc). Always a good rule of thumb to check your bag before driving away (-;
