Taco Bell, Fort Worth TX

I was in line for 20 minutes after someone said they would take my order “in a minute. ” There were 5 cars ahead of me, and 3-4 cars behind me, so I was stuck. When the last of those 5 cars got to the window and I still hadn’t placed my order I drove up to the window. The 2 girls opened up and I told them that I waited 20 of my 30 minute lunch break, with no one taking my order, and now I wouldn’t have time to eat. They didn’t have anything to say, they just looked at me. I ended up door dashing Whataburger, which took less time to receive than I waited at Taco Bell.

Went twice this week, fast friendly service. 1st visit, my order was satisfying. 2nd time, not so great. Food was sloppy & cold. And both visits, the fountain drinks weren't working

The staff rushed taking my order (I was 1 of 2 cars in line). I asked for them to double check the items in the bag because the last time we were missing a queso. Missing a Mexican Pizza this time. I checked the bag quickly in the drive through but I had 3 meals all in 1 bag and couldn't tell the pizza was not inside. Can't go back to correct the order because I am on my lunch break and no one is answering the phone so I can get compensated on my next meal. It is 4pm ona Saturday, they are not busy. Would really appreciate if someone would get back to me. All other food was good and in good condition. Staff was nice should just work on patience so they can take the order and send out the food correctly.

Waited at the counter for 10 min before anyone acknowledged me, then was told to order from the kiosk instead of a person taking my order. And of course my order was wrong.not a good experience at all.

The self ordering system is absurd and time consuming. You need to have someone take my order. There are 2 people standing around and they are directing customers to that stupid system. I won't be coming back.

Horrible service! They charge more than other Taco Bell’s for the same mediocre at best food and then don’t give you 1/2 your order. And if you call for a refund they won’t refund you for even the food you didn’t receive. Don’t waste your time calling because the manager there will just cuss you out and tell you to go somewhere else. Not worth the effort

This location had no Pepsi no dr. Pepper along with a whole bunch of other drinks not available service was less than par

One of the best Taco Bell experience I've had. They got our order right even though we made a bunch of changes. The staff was polite and friendly.

I don’t know who they hired in the last two weeks but EVERY single time I go to this Taco Bell they drastically mess up my order for the last two weeks. Missing items. Made wrong. Items I didn’t order in my bag. They are only getting two stars bc thankfully they will fix it if you go back and tell them what they did wrong. But it shouldn’t get to that point in the first place. That owner is loosing lots of product due to so many mistakes

Called and asked the manager why the line was backed up for 30 minutes only for him to tell me that their fryer was down and they were waiting on French fries. Then letting him know nothing in my order required fries. He refused to pull the line through for me and multiple others not ordering fries get our food. Won’t be back. And multiple cars left

Went to taco bell last night and them could they give a fresh tacos please. Because, every time I come, my tacos are always soggy. We waited a few minutes, dang! To get all 3 of my tacos soggy! I was afraid to even eat them because they tasted like they way was dipped in water! I just couldn't finish the meal. I hate waisting my money on rotten food! I'll never go there again nor should anyone else! The food was terrible and waist of money and time!

We decided to buy Taco Bell on 10/01 we started to eat our chalupa & Dorito Tacos and stopped eating them cuz it tasted funny next thing you know me my husband and daughter are up throwing up around 3: 00 a.m. We believe it was food poisoning we never had a problem with Taco Bell but we will not return to a taco bell ever

Food was 'Taco Bell good'. Was very disappointed that they had no Mountain Dew Blast ZERO, despite the fact that my order was accepted by the app. Lady working said this location does not carry that flavor. (It was listed on the fountain machine, but dispersed 100% soda water.)

I was in the wow when I ordered 3 tacos with just meat and cheese and I got a sad line of meat and I could literally count the strings of cheese it had. I went back and complained and they told me that if I want more cheese I would have to pay for it.which is fine but if I wanted more then 6 strings of cheese I have to pay just wow.no wonder there is no one in this drive through or store in general and every other restaurant is packed! What you get is nothing like the picture advertised.

Worst Taco Bell in the state of Texas. How do you completely run out of sauce in EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR! And then not say anything until after you’ve handed out food. This girl at the window was rude as ever. Everytime I come here it’s a problem

Store owner should know that over the 25 minutes I was there dining at least 5 people received incorrect orders, including myself. I asked to speak to the manager, but the cashier said she was in the kitchen. If that was true, she obviously didn’t care about the incorrect orders

The cheesy bean and rice burrito with red sauce (that I paid extra for) was disgusting. It was nothing but beans and rice until the very end then a whole bite of cheese. The burrito was poorly wrapped and fell apart, which is strange considering how stale the tortilla was. The chicken quesadilla was stale and looked like a toddler tried cutting it with safety scissors. And finally the cheesy gordita crunch had barely any filling and the outside was also hard to chew. I asked for an abundance of mild sauce for myself and my guests, and didnt even get 5. No straws for the drinks. Honestly not worth the amount of money I spent. The taco bell by the stadium is 10 times better.
