Taco Bell, Houston TX

I just ordered a burrito and it tasted absolutely awful. The sour cheese tasted old, I actually vomited. Rude service, and they never get my order correct.

First bad experience:
I had a very bad experience two times at this center. I went drive thru and I ordered 2 vegetarian (beans) chalupa last week and they gave so dried one's, they were so bad, I had to throw them. I opened and viewed them after reaching home. All my money got wasted.

Second bad experience:
Today, I again went to this location in evening around 8.30pm to drive thru. A lady took the order after making me wait for few minutes. I ordered 2 chalupas and mentioned very very clearly vegetarian (beans) and also mentioned about last weeks experience and asked for fresh chalupas and even my bill also says vegetarian is substituted instead of non veg but still they gave 1 chicken chalupa and 1 chicken burrito and they also looked very dried and in bad shape. I took pictures of the bill and order i got. Again, I opened after reaching home. All my money got wasted again.

It looks like the people who take order is not interested in concentrating the customers order or what a customer says during the order and they give just what was packed and stored since morning or older days packed food. I definitely not suggest this location. I used to be a fan of tacobell but after this experience i think i will choose other food restaurants than tacobell at this location. They don't pay attention to the customers order. I want to give zero rating but option is not available so gave 1 rating. It is a very horrible experience.

Service is great! Employee's are really nice and helpful. Food is always fresh and made correctly.

Do not and i repeat do not come at this place at night worst taco bell i been too waited 20 min for my order my #4 cruntch wrap and taco did not have lettuce apart from that they do not serve 5 dollar boxes no more. My drink was no filled all the way lady gave me attitude.

I ordered like 6 different meals and they only bagged two tacos. They won’t answer their phones either. Horrible service.

While the menu at any Taco Bell location will be the same, the speed and accuracy with which they fulfill your order can vary drastically. This Taco Bell is a good one, and I will drive a little further to this location because I know I will get exactly what I wanted and the fast food will actually be fast. In fact, this is more than a good Taco Bell, this is a great Taco Bell.

I went through the drive thru and the employee at the window was very courteous. My daughter and I observed interaction between her and other staff members and they all expressed their politeness toward one another and I thought those gestures were remarkable.

I did not go to Macdonald's. I went to taco bell and it was delicious as always. Thank you for the great customer service Taco Bell.

Generally a poor experience. The employees were cursing and threatening to fight each other. They were not able to properly communicate pricing related to changing beef for chicken and seem aggravated after they initiated the order before giving me final pricing which was much higher than expected based on the menu and I opted to go with the items as listed on the menu.

The drive thru is always slow. There's hardly any cars and you just sit there and wait and wait. Sometimes over 30 mins for only a few cars in line. Totally not cool.

Every night I come they pretend to be closed early even though their online hours say they open.
Literally every time I come.
I'm usually there around 1am and they supposed to close at 3am.
Night manager is slacking fr.
They just handin off business to McDs nextdoor because they ain't wanna work.

I know Im not the only one bc i watch multiple other people drive off every time while I sit in the McDs drivethru.
I'm not some Karen that usually leaves bad reviews but 3 times in a row really kinda tickin me off. Ima hit up another taco bell next time and you should too if you come at night.
