This is by far the best Taco Bell around Longview. Lea and Esteban go above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience and my food is always right. They give great service and fast service as well.

Worst crunch wrap. Large piece of lettuce core inside and cannot even see meat or beans inside just cheese and lettuce.poorly prepared. Paid too much to not have proper order.

Waited in line for a while, nobody greeted me or anything. Left without anyone acknowledging my presence. Very disappointed.

Honestly, the service here is generally quick and good. The main draw back at the moment is being out of many items due to supply chain shortages. Beyond this, the only problem was having to repeat my order several times before it was taken correctly. Still, everyone was nice prompt and friendly.

Found pube on my chalupa and found a loogie in my soft taco. Thanks jerks, real professional and sanitary. Won't be eating here again.

Not only do the hours not match Google or their website (sign on door says it opens 9: 30 instead of 9), but at 9: 35 there isn't a single car in the parking lot. I don't know when they actually open but I'm guessing after 10 in reality. The owner should probably make sure their employees are actually showing up.

Drive thru is always fast, and the food always taste fresh. The drive thru servers are always pretty friendly. We eat at this location about twice a month and honestly they are our favorite location. The only time we had an issue was when they were out of baja blast lol! I mean you can't eat at TB without Baja Blast!

I've been to this one before, it's closest for me, but they always forget something, or make at least one thing wrong.

Every single time I come here they mess up my order, tired of it never coming back to this location.

I really like the app, because they have my food ready and waiting for me. The only complaint is that they just put the food on the counter and anybody can just grab it and walk out. It has not happened yet, but i have a short lunch break and could not sit and wait for food to be remade if my order was missing.

C'mon white oak yall can do better than this. Nobody acknowledged the whole line in the store and when spoke she was rude. We understand its short staffed but the attitude shouldnt be short.
