Taco Bell, Corsicana TX

The restaurant was clean. Cashier seemed he didn't want to bother with us. I asked for no tomatoes, but that didn't happen. They did remake my Mexican pizza though. Tea was behind the counter so we have no idea of the cleanliness of that. The TV was loud and on a talk show.

HORRIBLE! Order was completely wrong (and yes I checked it.). I had the right amount of items but everything was made wrong.

I would give this place a zero star if I could. They are always rude and half the time I hardly get everything I’ve ordered in the bag and when I say something it’s like I’ve offended them, when they aren’t doing there job. Worst Taco Bell to go too.

The workers are rude and when I ask for more hot sauce she give me the dirty look and said nothing no professionalism what so ever and they close the dining 15 min before didn’t let us come in and it so we order thru drive thru

Refused to let me pick up my mobile order in drive-thru. Didn't even get my order right! Missing a 4$ taco!

Went through the drive thru yesterday evening and the lady at the window was VERY rude and unprofessional. She got our order wrong and kept telling us "well there's a line behind you that ur holding up" like we were supposed to just leave without our complete order we paid for. We asked for our missing items and she told us to pull forward to wait. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. The last time she told me 'well idk what u want me to do because it's already been made'. Like what? I love Taco Bell, but probably won't go back due to constant rude employees.

Good is decent, it really would be nice if they didn't ignore you at the counter for 15 minutes. I don't think they knew what I ordered as I had to ask for the drinks and the desert which I ordered 3 of and got one. I left after that because I wasn't about to stand around for another hour to tell them to give me what I paid for.

Lol I've never encountered a Taco Bell that was out of black beans AND guacamole. Whoever is in charge of supplying this place needs to get their stuff together.

Also, I recommend not ordering any items that require more than four steps because THEY WILL get it wrong. No shade on the employees since they receive a horrendous hourly pay, but shame on the owner of that location.

The food is good and most of the staff know me by name. Never had a bad experience here. I will gladly recommend this restaraunt

I like this store and they get my orders right most of the time. Very friendly. But today I ordered off of the app and when I get to the window to pick up they tell me they don't have large lids for my drinks. Asked if I wanted medium drinks. I asked if I would be refunded for the difference and was told no. They asked me if I still wanted the medium drinks or not. Well if you won't refund me my money then yes. I was offered no compensation or a coupon for my next visit to make up for the difference in price for the drinks. Poor customer service.

Don't waste your time, employees are too lazy to do anything. 2 hours before closing went to order a calupa meal and instead of taking the effort to make it like she's hired to do she said the fryer is down.for a calupa, pretty freaking sure that there's nothing on it that goes in a fryer cause the shells are already pre made!

I've been going to this store about once a month for over a year and they've never gotten my order wrong and the people are exceptionally friendly.

Bought Rooter Berr coke and had to much carbonation. When I asked for my money back I got got an attitude from the worker

Went to try the Mexican pizza finally but they're out until tomorrow so I Got a power bowl. No utensils so idk if its good lol.update.not sure if this is guacamole or avocado but one is missing as well as no beans or tomatoes.

Worst Service Ever. I was given the wrong meal and thr manager didn't offer to replace it.

Ok. Last time to order from Taco Bell! Every. EVERY TIME the order is wrong! What is so hard to understand about NO SOURCREAM!

We ordered all of our food at the speaker, but when we got to the window, they informed us there was no beef when all of our ordered items were supposed to have beef. We were told to choose between steak and chicken, and got charged for chicken when one of my items had beef, no chicken. It would have been different if they added beef they had left over, but charged us for chicken because we were told beef was out. My Dr Pepper lid was also no on so it spilled on me.
