Taco Bell, Houston TX

Just did not like the way they treat there custom we nothing to them so I go somewhere else and be happy must be they not getting pay what they think they should get so maybe they should go find a new job or be happy

Whoever the guy was in the window tonight got my order right but he basically tossed my tacos in the bag. I was skeptical that my chalupa was pretty light and then discovered that Most of the toppings that were supposed to be inside the taco were at the bottom of the bag instead. Then i got home and realized they kept the card i used to pay for the food and since its so late at night and im all the way back on the other side of town now i had no choice but to cut the card off. Cant purchase anything for 5 more business days. Thanks a lot for the sloppy service guys, i really didnt think i had to ask for my card back and now its too late.

I have visited this location 2 times week and no ice t after 10pm employees tell same story always and no customer service and too slow tskeorders in drive Thursday

Very disappointed! I understand the chicken chipotle melts are a dollar but come on now literally one piece of chicken and all sauce.y'all have to do better!

Horrible experience, they treat their customers & employees like sh×t, they serve cold food, horrible customer service with a side of food poisoning. Avoid this location at all cost. Most of the nice surveys are fake from the staff.

10 out of 10 on the Drive Thru Service this past Saturday afternoon at about 1pm.
I think the employee was a mind reader or something because I went to the window, paid & received food back with exact change in literally, less then 45 seconds.

The food was great like any other taco bell but what stood out was the employees and how nice and caring they were. One thing though was how long the line was, but you would expect that from any fast food place on a late friday evening.

Very disappointed have waited for months to reopen so we could get a taco salad. Now they tell us they do not have any more

My daughter is officially addicted! She's in love with the 3 Doritos Locos tacos supreme deal. I wish you would bring back the crunch wrap taco, but you still have gained a fan.

To be honest I love going to this location for Laureka her customer service is impeccable & unmatched, she wasn't there today but she definitely makes this place shine, when she is there. I never leave without a smile when she's there.

I am giving 2 stars on this because of several reasons. The girl taking our order, she made it feel rushed. I noticed after every item, she would reply "Ok, is that it. " And over again! Then you have a sign hanging up on the window in the drive-thru saying "No drinks today". Well, I ordered a box meal & it comes with one. So, Taco bell is still charging me for that, but not allowing it soooo. Where is my discount for an item I can't receive? The guy who took the money & handed over the food was just doing that and the food was ehhh, ok".

This Taco Bell is disgusting, I went to eat there last Friday and the manager did not have a mask on. She saw me and with the same gloves she put the mask back on and had her cellphone in her hand. Without changing her gloves she kept making the food so I cancelled my order. I have gone here before in the past and there was only one line open and all the employees were bunched up working together without social distancing. This restaurant does not care about safety and I will never be coming back ever again. Please if you love yourself never visit this location.

I always come here and enjoy the food, but I wanted to give a special shout out to Skyla! She works the drive thru window and she has the best customer service! She works rain or shine, I almost always see her when I go! It may be a simple interaction but it always makes my day when I see her! Happy new year, Skyla!

There is this one lady who mostly works drive thru. She is the sweetest. She doesn't judge us when we ask for extra sauce and always make sure everything looks so good and ready on time. We adore her. She makes this place shine.

Supposedly "waiting in a truck" not a drop of sauce in the place! I fund b it very hard to believe that a restaurant would get down to its very last sauce packet! Lazy employees seems MORE likely!

I will go out of my way to come back to this location. The Customer service was fantastic. Larueka was so genuine and friendly. You couldn't help but leave with a smile. THANK YOU.

If I could give it one star I would! I ordered 2 burrito supremes and they gave me 2 bean burritos.the two burritos had beans onion and tomato.i paid extra for meat to be added and my money was wasted.the last time I went they didnt even give me my change! This place has changed so much.people in there dont care at all! I am so disappointed!
