They have improved on their drive thru. Better on getting the order right, faster service and the staff are more friendly than use to be!

Waited 20min and cars were not moving in’s drive through. Canceled my order. Very slow and not worth of a wait.

At 1: 30 am in the morning you could probably serve fried yake meat and people wouldn't know.

Worst experience walked up to order said hi to cashier and was met with a wall of silence because I was white and she was black waited for ever for 2 burritos and was the only one in there

Something quick to just get full but what you expect from a fast food joint is just that. Have to feed 5ormore here's your place

Food was hot and fresh. Plenty of tomato's on my Mexican pizza and fresh lettuce and cheese and sour cream with my chalupa too.

So this was my first and last time going to thisTaco bell location. Courtney the drive thru lady was soooo rude she closed the door in my face and and she signed me to leave. I honked my horn and then she opened the window and said what do you want I said I was just going to tell you that you forgot to give me hot sauce. Courtney rolled her eyes and handed me the hot sauce. I asked her for her name she said I don’t have to give it to you, so then I called up to Taco Bell and a gentleman answered and gave me her name and said I wasn’t the only person to complain and Courtney that night. I’m a true believer in great customer service and I also agree if you don’t like your job find something you enjoy.

They don't know the difference between a order of nachos - Cheese and chips only and little wrapper of chips and a cup of cheese. I wanted a platter of chips and cheese. Also ordered a Burrito Supreme, was told and confirmed cheese and tomatoes can standard on burrito. There was no tomatoes or cheese on the Burrito Supreme, only had meat and lettuce. Pass the location up and try s different Taco Bell location is my recommendation.

Either you love Taco Bell or you don't. I love it. The food was good for fast Mexican.

Trashy place. Order crispy chicken tacos found a black hair in one of them. Took it back the lil girl at the counter go say " sorry" but turned around and said " it's not my hair because mines is brown or the other lady hair because were the only two that's working the line". At that point if you don't know what to say just keep your mouth close and let your "sorry" be enough. There was a guy cleaning the grill and prep area with a black beard that was curly. It show wasn't my hair because I'm bald headed. From my review and others and no respond from Taco Bell says this must be franchise owned. The owner trash too because clearly your silence says "I don't care". This place need to be shut down.

Do not go here! The lady in the drive through was extremely rude and would not give me my recipt when they "said" my order was correct. I had to get the store manager involved to get it.

As I've gotten older my taste buds have changed to where I can't eat meat so I started exploring the vegetarian options on the menu and I found them to be pretty delicious honestly. I stopped here three or four times a week while working my delivery route and I absolutely love the fiesta veggie burrito and the spicy potato soft tacos! Keep up the good work Taco Bell

Horrible staff with horrible customer services works here. The franchise owner needs to work here and retrained all staff. If possible, get rid off the nonsense one's.

Worst place ever won't take cash and rude about it never heard that they didn't want serve, get out of the business then please you give the rest a bad name

I didn't get a picture and I should have but I ordered a burrito and cheesy roll up. The burrito had just a sprinkle of chicken, mostly lettuce. The tortilla wasn't even cooked, so it came open when I unwrapped it. The cheesy roll up was also not cooked.

When I went back to get another, the girl came from the window and didn't say anything to me so I started telling her what was wrong. Showed her the food, she looked to the side and walked back to the window without saying anything to me. Who I think was the manager came up and asked if he could help me. I told him the situation and showed him the food. I had to ask for another, no one apologized or asked if I wanted a replacement. Then I was receiving dirty looks from the employees when I left the store. I really don't appreciate the way they handled this and how they are being trained.

I would actually give them 0 stars, rudest employees. After waiting 10 mins employee rudely tells us to use the kiosk and my wife who is partial blind said she would rather have the employee take our order and rudely told us again to use the kiosk will never go to this taco bell again!

Every time I go they ask if I would like hot sauce, of course I want hot sauce.but guess what I don't get hot sauce. Why even ask if the person would like hot sauce if your not gonna give it to them. Would rate -5 stars but oh well POS store.

Had to edit my review not only did I not get sauce but I got a cold steak quesadia with the tortilla sticking to the wrapper. Pack it up move on just go to Taco Bueno next door I know I will next time. This store will never receive my business again.
