Taco Bell, Saginaw TX

1030 PM and 45mins to get our food. I had to give a star just so i can leave a comment. There was 10 to 12 people working and still took 45 minutes. Some people came in after us, order and they got their food before we did. When i did ask where our food was, the got super rude and said it would be out when they came to it on their screen. Ugh i will never go back.

Me and my husband ate inside the store yesterday for the first time in a long time (we usually go through the drive thru) but today we wanted to enjoy it inside and let me tell you it was so good! The food came out so hot and fresh and the whole staff were so friendly! They even brought our food to our table for us.

Whenever we get food through the drive thru it’s lukewarm and we get skimped out on the toppings but when we came inside today and ordered the nachos and crunchy tacos, it had the perfect amount of toppings! The store was also very clean! 10/10 recommend eating inside for a better experience!

No customer service, employees force customers to order using kiosk. Employees ignore customers that go to the counter. No paper receipts are available.

Stand in line for 10 whole minute no one even come to the register even tho they see me and also ignore me too when I called them to order

There was a man at the cashier, ordering a large meal. So, I went up to the monitor and order my burrito before he even finished. Well, the guy who ordered the large meal got his first.

This location is awful. If there's a problem with an online order, you have to contact them online as well. I had missing items and haven't received any response. My husband placed an online order around 1am one night after work. He got to the window and there was two girls just sitting and talking. He told them he had an online order and they claimed they couldn't make it because the grill wasn't working. Which is a total lie. They gave him some nachos and 3 soft tacos. Magically I guess since nothing there worked; including them. And they can't refund online orders. Not sure how they were going to fill their last two hours, but I don't care either. No longer going to this location.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, they didn’t cut my quesadilla, so I had to eat it like a huge taco. The grilled cheese burrito… they put cheese on the side like they’re supposed to but didn’t crisp it, so I had wet soggy greasy cheese n my burrito. Also when I arrived the workers were all outside in their cars and around, smoking weed, the lot smelled like weed immediately when I pulled in, only positive was the young black woman being nice over the speaker and at the window. Very displeased and will be driving further out of my way to avoid this Taco Bell.

My family loves Taco Bell so we ordered two nacho plates and a Doritos locos taco. The taco was not delivered and with the nachos we got extra stuff such as steak and extra cheese and when we got our order there was no cheese at all on them and no extra sides which we unfortunately paid for.

We have been up and down Saginaw Boulevard's fast food scene waaay more than I care to admit and Taco Bell consistently has the best customer service, food quality, and least number of errors. Even tonight at 9 PM, the workers had a positive tone, worked efficiently, and nailed the order (and it was very busy too).
The manager here is doing something right! After one year living here I would definitely say that if you are hungry for fast food and are looking around Saginaw Boulevard, prioritize this Taco Bell!

Definitely not quality after 11pm, everyone seems to wonder why Whataburger is packed. I'll wait rather then waste my money here next time

We dined in. I was given a crunchy taco instead of chalupa. When I pointed this out, they made my chalupa.with about a teaspoon of meat. I've been eating chalupas for 15 years. Worst one I've ever had by far. Disgusting.

I’ve never heard of an hour wait for Taco Bell, they had four people working. Seems like they just didn’t want my money. I feel bad for whoever owns that store, turning away business.

Went through the drive-through. My order was correct, and they gave me more than the number of hot sauce packets I asked for.
I've bought a ring and im asking the clerk to marry me.
She can live with me in my convertible and I promise her a shower at least 2 days a week when I go to the car wash.

Best customer service in the area. Definitely recommend coming to this Taco Bell over other fast food on Saginaw Boulevard!

You never go wrong with this place.
I love to order the chicken chalupas and add the spicy ranch for just 49¢. Always good!

Very late order and lazy staff and tacos are gross not toasted. Very disappointed with this Taco Bell. I never ever seen outlet like this before anywhere in the world

I can't comment on the food because I left without ordering. I didn't see the kiosk when I walked in and waited at the counter. The staff acted like ordering at the counter was an inconvenience for them. It's no surprise that this place has bad reviews.

Some things you should know before eating here. If your chips have tasted old it's because they are, instead of making new ones they alter the dates out of laziness. If your beans or rice are tasting off it's because instead of following taco bell procedures they choose to sell old food to customers because they would rather risk your health than do the right thing. This is at the direction of this locations management.

You can choose to still eat here at the risk of your health but at least you know this store does not do the right thing and puts your health at risk with the food that they serve.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been too! I'm a delivery driver and I work nights and the night crew here are sorry and lazy with nasty attitudes. I came twice to pickup orders and they say that they never got it and on top of that they're always out of something! I won't be coming back here again and will definitely decline orders if it's at this location!

This is the worst taco bell. I ordered via door dash 9 pm and it's 1042 pm and still no order here. Taco bueno has better service. 1/14/2023
