No chips, no potatoes, no sauce, no straws

We even asked if that was everything before we left, come on y'all only 2 cars in the drive thru and empty inside

This location is getting worse, recently my food was done correct 1 out of 4 visits. I never receive fresh food any more when I ask for it. If you mention your fries are not hot, then they (day & night shift) will take your fries back and re-dipped them in the oil and re-serve the same fries to you. This is unsanitary.

Opens at 8 for breakfast.
Walk into restaurant at 8: 07 and get talked to by the manager about how they aren’t open…
Then she gets mad at coworker for leaving door unlocked.

I'm always surprised when taco bell gets an order right. I'm never surprised at this location. They will ALWAYS get your order wrong.

Went In Taco Bell today and walked right out, the fact that you can only order from a kiosk is the most aggravating thing! I wanted to pay cash for my order! I Also had a question about the ingredients inside the burrito I wanted to order but it’s like a ghost town in there! This digital ordering process will be the death of Taco Bell.

My Taco Bell experience was a nightmare! Ordered online, no food made. Had to reorder in person, and they still forgot about me, making me wait a painful 50 minutes for my meal. Terrible service!

The employees were hiding, being lazy and saying that they were closed at 8: 30 because there wasn’t enough personnel. This Taco Bell needs to do better! The employee was very sarcastic and rude, and the people in front of us that did get food said their food tasted horrible that it was stale, and Messy Unbelievable they need to fire the manager and get a better one that can find better employees with better work ethic! Will be contacting Taco Bell headquarters!

It's Taco Bell, it's simple and fast.

This one always has good service and the employees make the food how you order it.

It's one of the better ones I've been to.

Forgot to make our order and also food was severely undercooked and also felt like throwing up afterwards Terrible do not go.

This location is going down hill. This used to be one of the best taco bells nice employees and great food. Our last visit was so disappointing the food was made poorly and the food was way out of temperature "cold"
And they forgot items. After we went through a ridiculous ordering process on large touch screens. Not elderly friendly for my parents. So dissatisfied.

If you come here GO DRIVE THRU. I showed up at 8pm with no other customers in the lobby yet had to wait 45 minutes for my Mexican pizza combo. The entire time the staff was working on drive thru orders. I don't blame the workers, but the management. This is the only taco bell I've had this experience at!

I got three Doritos locos tacos from their combo plan. They only included 2 Doritos locos tacos and 1 regular crunchy taco. The shredded beef taco did not come with any sauce! Beware of this Taco Bell as they will be items missing.

Disappointing. The last 2 orders we have placed through the app have had issues. Our most recent oder had 4 incorrect or missing items out of the 10 we ordered, and all the food was cold even though we picked it up at a location just a few minutes from our house. This location used to be better than this. Now it is just sad and ruined our meal.

Asked if they had a box deal for tacos and response was “our system just went down so we can’t take orders”
I pulled up to the window to clarify, and before I could even say anything the young man asked what I was trying to order, told him I was trying to order about 15 tacos for myself and coworkers. Again the response he gave was the same, our system is down it’ll take 15-20 minutes. As I write this review from the parking lot next-door, not 2 minutes later they seem to be taking orders? ! I was lied too because they didn’t want to make them. 1st & only time I will be visiting this location.

Would give 0 if it had that option. They do not get orders right, even after repeating the order.

Took 45 minutes to get my food.
I swapped some things around when ordering and they did not make those items right.

Do not go to this location.

So, I came in the tacobell wanting to get drinks and tacos with my brothers and friend. I asked for a combo meal and a baja blast in it but the ended up taking about 20 minutes to get it to us. At the end they ended up giving me a regular drink when I asked for a frozen Baja blast. My friend also got a frozen drink but apparently the machine was messed up after he payed so he had to wait and his drink was in a weird consistency. I don't reccemend going to this location for inside meals or drinks as they can take a while and they may mess up your order.

This is on behalf of another customer. While I was there picking up an order, a customer with a non-American name came into the lobby. She approached Kira, who had loudly made fun of her name in the drive through minutes before and told her it was rude, people could hear her, and that her words have an effect on others. Kira said the mockery of her name again with no shame and didn’t even apologize to the woman. I haven’t had issues with my food here before but I’m appalled that behavior was allowed. The manager tonight didn’t even reprimand her for it. After the woman left, I heard Kira say “I’m still gonna laugh about it”.

First they served me Baja Blast that was not good the bag needed to be changed, I was told to pull forward and they would bring the drinks out when they changed the bag…I sat there for about 7 minutes and pulled off. I had a large order and asked for a lot of sauce only to get home to only 3 sauces in the bag for 6 tacos and 2 nacho bell grandes. You guys have to do better.
