Spreading peast control stuff while making food. Waited 3 hours for my food. No one would answer the phone. Manager was rude. Employees where disrespectful. Do not recommend

Worst Customer Service. Manager on Duty was yelling at customers. Average wait times for this location is 30 minutes. One time I even ordered online 30 minutes prior to arrival and after an additional 35 minutes (so now over an hour wait). The food was NOT ready. There was no one taking orders, and the entire staff was ignoring the customers waiting.

This location needs to close down. The restaurant is dirty, the staff is rude, the manager yells at the custumers, and it takes over 30min to get your food.

We ordered from doordash, and arrived 5 to 10mins after our pickup time. No one was at the counter when we got there. However, there was 2 or 3 guests waiting to be serviced. I asked if they had been helped, one man just chuckled and shook his head. So I said "excuse me" to get the attention of the girl working the window. This lady looked at me, rolled her eyes, and gave me the wait a min finger. I proceeded to tell her that we ordered through doordash. She reluctantly looked at the only bags sitting on their counter and asked for our names. The food was ours, but we were missing one. She brought the food over to us and put them on the counter with her back turned and told us we had to wait. We had already been in the store for 15mins. It took them 30mins to make the other order. They literally caused the inside line to be backed up and there were barely any customers at the drive thru window. None of the employees were wearing name tags btw.and there were no names on our receipts. And none of them were friendly. Anyway, my soda tasted like acid.so I informed the same lady that the machine may need to be checked. She came back 5mins later to tell me that the machine was fine, that's just how the drink tastes. So I exchanged my drink for something else. I barely eat at taco bell.my food was free.cant pass up free food in this economy.but I WILL NEVER go to this location again. Plus the lobby was dirty. This location needs to close

I want to say I've been coming to this Taco Bell off and on for years. And when you get a great staff. They are not working there anymore. Or they have gone to different taco bells. However, this young lady named Olga seems as though she was distracted from her job and didn't understand what I was asking her maybe she needs to be it is just a suggestion. Do you need to put someone faster at the window for the drive-thru. So that particular number for that store will come up. Thanks for listening.

Never fails to not put half your order in the bag, whether it be chips or cinnamon twist you can count on the fact that something will be missing

It SUCKED. Never go to this place. The service is horrible and the food was incorrect. Workers had no care in the world for what was going on. It's a shame that a restaurant with good food gets ruined by the employees.

Very poor customer service, quite rude overall. They made my order wrong and argued with me about it.

They have never completed my order correctly. Going through drive thru, I never receive the complete order. I have either one or two items missing every time. They are also extremely slow. They make you either pull forward and wait 10 to 15 minutes before your very simple order is delivered or do this weird thing where they make you back up in the line and wait I’ll they wave you forward.

One car in line ahead of us, waited over 40 minutes only to get home to missing items and tacos with nothing on them (pictured).

I never thought I’d take the time out of my day to leave such a detailed review yet here I am. I’m completely astounded, disappointed and disgusted with the way this Taco Bell is running its business they clearly cannot have more than 2 people at a time because it will
Lead to the whole restaurant backed up. This was my favorite Taco Bell on my side of town now I believe I will NEVER be back again because of the the new management and also employees were just standing around not helping while the drive though was packed and the restaurant had people waiting for more than an Hour I really hope this gets brought the the right persons attention soon. Unbelievable

Employees are rude, they literally only get worse, awnsering the drive through with a horrible attitude, EVERY TIME! Dont recommend this place

I love Taco bell, I ordered the 3 piece crispy tacos unfortunately I felt like I ordered Lettuce tacos no meat could be seen or tasted lol Not kidding. Service was avarge I only have one gripe it took about 5 minutes to confirm that they had changed for a hundred dollar bill I spent about 30 there were three of us, the atmosphere was ok it was very cool and comfortable, extremely clean an employee was on break and had her phone on full blast Ughhhhh I like to eat and hear the people I'm with. Of course I'll try it again, Wish me luck.

Taco Bell or Taco Hell? There is nothing good to say about this one. Just avoid at all costs. The food is hardly ever made right and the service is worse. I would rate 0 starts if I could.

Bad service, refuse to take orders leaving you waiting at the drive thru to make wait times seem lower in their system.on top of rude employees, and refusing to give the info needed for filing a complaint.

Most forgetful Taco Bell! Seriously! The workers are sweet but do not drive away without checking your bag to make sure every item is there! So frustrating!
