My beans in my burrito where runny and my taco shell was broken so my toppings where all kind falling out

Jess superceded our expectations! She was extremely kind and demonstrated much patience with us changing our order in the drive thru. Thanks Jess!

Suzanne was absolutely wonderful. She’s a hard worker and deserves recognition. My food was hot and fresh, the service was fast. Absolutely no complaints

One of the best Taco Bells around! The staff are always friendly, the food is hot, and service is quick. What else does one need from a fast food place? The only downside is visiting other Taco Bells afterwards and getting disappointed by them for not reaching Cleburne's high bar.

Super great customer service! Very friendly and fast! Any questions or problems, they have the answer and find a way to solve your problem.

So order was rang up wrong. Went through the drive through. Tried to charge me wrong amount. When I reviewed it with her twice at the speaker and then once at the window. She finally fixed it but didn’t nobody nor her checked to make sure food was correct. Handed me everything and shut the window. Had to honk for her to open it. Explained to her that she didn’t check the bag and then order she handed me was wrong. She proceeded to laugh and close the window again. Then handed me the correct items while laughing.double double check your orders and i would not recommend DoorDash from here either.

Charged me wrong price again overcharged me and didnt give me what i ordered. I wanted 3 Supreme soft shelled tacos. They gave me 4 hard shelled and only one was supreme. They dont check anything. And of course the line was so long and nothing i got was right. And of course they didnt give me a reciept. Should of known better than to not get my reciept and check the bag before i left the window. They're just throwing food in the bags.

Really really long line. Had me wait at speaker til they had but one person/vehicle at their window. Line is way behind me too. My food had been sitting there in the bag. Not sure for how long.

Bag wasnt sealed with the sticker on top
She asked me if i wanted my reciept i said yes
She didnt give me my reciept so i asked for it
Then she basically throws my card and reciept at me

The other day i went through the drive through. I didn't realize til i got home and went to eat that some of my order was wrong. I called and explained. They gave me the option to come back that day or to take my name. I went back the next day and got the items that had been wrong replaced for free. Thank you!

Atmosphere not clean vary messy worker's very sloppy and lazy. They don't give you your order that you ask for and they charge you for an order you didn't even choose or they don't have everything that you ordered and charge you a high price. The intercom doesn't work too well you barely understand what they say and they don't speak load and clear so they can be understood. Horrible service at this Taco Bell on West Henderson next to
H. E. B.in Cleburne Texas. Your better off going to North main St it's closer to HOME DEPOT Store.

Ordered $60 in food and they forget 1/2 of it. When asked them what happened to the rest they did nothing. Didn't try to make it right. Order a large drink and get a medium. Fast food is not that hard did it for years. Pull it together.

Last time that I was in there, the happy hour price didn't ring up right, but they were very apologetic and quick to find a solution. Haven't had any issues.

My current favorite fast meal is a beef chalupa and a Brisk mango tea from Taco Bell. So good.

I had a Nacho Bell Grande and got choked on the corner of a chip and was getting bad my daughter went to get me a small drink and she was not charged for it. Which I appreciated and it helped me so much. Thanks.

None of the extras were followed. Had to ask for my drinks after food was ready. When asking for the extras, employees made me feel like I was interrupting their time by my request

When I'm asked to use a kiosk to order I should get an employee discount for doing the employees job. Is the kiosk there to cut down on employees therefore increasing the profit or are the employees incompetent and or scared of doing their job?

Your burritos are usually dry Harley has anything in the burritos Whenever I ask for extra cheese and sauce it's more cheese than anything or it's usually more beans than anything I can never get a decent breed out there It's never mixed all together it's always off one way or the other I always have to add nacho cheese sauce to even make it taste good We have been going to this Taco Bell for almost a couple years and I can never make a good burrito It's usually too dry the beans are burned or too much cheese and can even taste anything

Didn't get my order right. I order double meat and double cheese and they didn't put it on there but charged me for it
