I order a medium drink of Pepsi no ice. Seems like I order a cup of ice instead so much FOR NO ICE! As I requested.

Ordered from drive thru for a deluxe cravings box that was on the menu.
They said I’m sorry it’s no longer available, we’ll than take it off the menu so I ordered something else, I asked for some taco sauce to which they only gave one for my combo? Is this pretty normal or?

Horrible customer service. Waited for over 30mins during my lunch for my food that they hadn’t even started. It was obvious they prioritize online orders. I asked for a refund and was told “We don’t give refunds. Our store doesn’t allow them” Asked for a receipt (ordered on Kiosk) They ended up giving me a refund but really didn’t want to give me the receipt. Manager has her HS employees speak for her despite being the one “in charge” lol.

This Taco Bell screws up our order all the time. Forgets to give us one of our items, gives us the incorrect item, etc.

To make things worse, my wife’s burrito had a large plastic item in the middle of it today.

My wife called the manager but that was useless.

Worse Taco Bell ever.

Been coming to this location for a few years and never have had my order or custom orders wrong.

Place is horrible! Always a long wait, never consistent food. Avoid avoid avoid! Workers inside also refuse to help.

This Taco Bell is pathetic. The manager and the workers are clowns. Yet they demand better pay. What a joke. Wrong orders and poorly packaged food is what you get here. Useless humans.

Absolute garbage. I came home after a long day of classes at UTD, so I was starving and traffic had me livid. I ordered a lot of food, all of my favorites. After I left I started to eat in the car immediately only to find all I got was nachos I didn’t want. I was halfway home and turned around to get this figured out. They remade my order and gave it to me and let me keep the messed up order. But when I got home I realized these bozos GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN. Not a single thing I ordered was in either bag. I’m beyond mad. I’m not going back at this point. I tried to call but they must not have a working call like because it auto failed every time after I tried forever. Finally, the employee at the window who gave me my food originally and who greeted me the second time must have been high out of his mind. Stoned to the gills. I thought it was funny until now that my order was completely fumbled twice in a row, the second time the manager handing me the bag as if he fixed anything.

I just got the saddest looking dip taco I have ever seen.
Ordered everything with no tomato and a few meat subs and nothing was the way it was supposed to besides the box combo, but the dip taco was just wrapped up nachos. I'm upset to say the least. Especially since the entire order was over $20.

The personnel for the 8/5/23 12: 52 shift where playing around they spend more 30 minutes to make my order ready and it was just a 3 tacos meal and an order of Cinnabon

This place is a damn cesspool.
Too slow, took a little over 45 minutes. For my food. Then it was all wrong. When asked for it to be fixed. Told me they didn't have time to remake the order. Every part of this store is nasty. I won't be going back to this location!

The general manager or corporate manager needs to pay this place a visit asap!

It's taco bell - so there are lot expectations.

That being said sometimes you just have a craving.

I liked this location because they always give me tons of sauce which is what makes it edible in the first place.

Updating my review. They're a bunch of thieves that constantly get your order wrong.

First off, not everyone likes Taco Bell, and I get that, but I genuinely do. I like their vast menu, their operating hours, how economical their choices are, and the ease of which I can get what I want. Every time I have visited this location the staff has been friendly, attentive and my order is always completed correctly.

To say this place is disgusting is an understatement. The food is always wrong and packaged poorly. I recently ordered three soft tacos without lettuce. They all came with lettuce and they were wrapped on such a way that undoing the wrapping caused the taco to spill out. Spend slightly more and go to the Taco Casa down the street.

Store manager Nash is a insane human who uses her power to fabricate false information. If she says customers complains she means she hates you and will use you one day a week.
Store is ran by teenagers that like to scream and play rather than make food and as someone who worked there, the store should be shut down
