Taco Bell, Sulphur Springs TX

Absolutely zero customer service! We weren't greeted by employees when we entered. We orderd through the keyosk because there was no one at the counter, when they called our name for our food they didn't give us our drinks, when I asked for the cups for our drinks they acted like it was a major inconvenience to give them to us. The dining room was dirty (tables and chairs had food particles on them). I don't think we'll be back.

I would truly give this taco bell 0 stars if that was an option. Went inside and ordered my food. Layla was very rude and disrespectful when handing me my food. She didn't give my drinks and again got rude with me when I asked about them. The main man on the back line was wearing gloves, texting on his phone and making food all at the same time.behind the counter where the food was being prepared was filthy trash everywhere. Definitely a safety hazard to the employees and a healh hazard to the consumers. The "manager" cat was no help at all. Horrible experience the food wasn't good. Chicken was rubbery.

I don't want to spell the young man name wrong but it was 8/12/23 nearly the next day and the manager on duty was very polite, food was done in a outstanding time frame and the service was excellently and fast

I guess Taco Bell is now a test store for getting rid of it's employees. Now when you go in it's all done by kiosk, no more menu's above on the wall. Now there is a piece of paper if you don't want to use the kiosk. Technology is great, but to many places are using to replace the individual. Customer service will be in the past and less people will have jobs. I understand profits, but it's getting out of hand. Sorry won't be back.

I love the Cahlupas but the last few time been there they tasted like they were a year old very hard. I had to discard my meal I could not eat it I don't recommend this place.

Tried ordering dinner through the drive-through, out of sour cream, sweet tea, and Dr. Pepper finally just canceled the entire order and left. The building looks nice and will probably sell better now, but we won't be back again. This place has always had issues with managing things, but if you're in the food business, you should at least be able to have food to serve. Walmart and Brookshires are both just down the road, so going to get the small items you are out of is easier than telling people you are out.

This place is the worst. I've left multiple bad reviews over the years. To the point I just stopped going and started making the extra drive to another location. This place just currently went through a remodel so I thought I would give it a shot. And to no one's surprise they were informing a whole line of drive-thru customers through the speaker that they were out of seasoned beef. How do you just open up from a remodel and not have ingredients to operate your store. This place is an embarrassment. Never again.

The fish looked like it was on Crack it was thin as a cracker. It was also cold and hard. Not like it use to be. I use to look forward to coming to get fish but not now.

Great team! Amy, Christian, & Layla will brighten your day with their upbeat personality. Go here immediately! Oh yeah and the food was hot and great too!

Trust me when I say I've been to a lot of Taco Bells, but this one has been the most consistent. I've seen this place have all star players under one owner going to have almost no employees and closing early due to the staff shortage from another. This place always seems to build its way back up to being exactly what I've come to love about Taco Bell food. Also, the employees are pretty awesome!

The people here are very friendly.
This is a Long John silver's too.
This particular day extra food had been prepared.
But had been sitting.
Fresh food comes out hot and crisp.
Not cold and soaked in grease.
The chicken tenders no longer hot and juicy.but the breading was dried as if it had been sitting for a part of the day.
The staff I give a thumbs up along with their.
The food on this particular day was thumbs down.

Staff was super friendly! Y’all need a new general manager though, they were out of EVERYTHING we wanted.no idea how that’s even possible, she listed about 8 items they were out of.as someone who works fast food, can definitely confirm that’s a GM problem and not a staff problem
