Taco Bell, Houston TX

Slow as service, mfs don’t pay attention to customer when they waiting in line, and u have to ask permission use the restroom they don’t have hand soap in…. Hey no bullet proof glass here tho

It was my first time eating in the dining room area. But I thot live.and the employees cheerful and upbeat. Will definitely slide thew again.

I ordered this Taco Bell from DoorDash. My complaint is not DD, but I’m convinced people are just incompetent or really don’t care. I know fast food is not the greatest, but I pay for it and I expect to get what I paid for! I ordered 7 potato tacos, got 5. Asked to add Seasoned rice, they added the imitation beef. I don’t eat meat! I ordered 2 nacho fries, got 1. As a former fast food employee, it is not hard to read a ticket and make the order, but you’ll all make it rocket science. PLEASE READ ORDER AND DOUBLE CHECK THAT ITS CORRECT. Sincerely a paying customer!

Had a very hard day working. Then yall messed up my clients order and made me look bad. No bueno!

This before has been the worst experience. I was told to come inside through the microphone outside to order. I came inside and was sold to order on a kiosk. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager was present. However another employee decided to come and speak with me. The employee went on to State she do not know why people think that they be lying about the policy of ordering only on the kiosk. Employee went on to dig in the trash can for my receipt that I never received. I stated I do not want anything out of the trash can. The employee continue to be rude. The employee never washed her hands and continue to prepare food. As I receive my food I stated to one of the employees she never washed her hand after digging in the trash can. The employee came to the window as I got to my vehicle to show she was sanitizing her hands. That was for employees in the store and no one assisted me and take him out order. Just because it's in the hood does not mean that you have to have Hood mentality. We have to do better.

I applied for position because I stay in area and I'll like to have a job but they didn't reach out so I contacted them at 10 they didn't answer until I call them four time and then when someone finally answered the manger was unprofessional and loud and rude told me that I was going to have to call them at 2 o clock today and why would employees have people walk all the up there for them to send that person home and constantly been rude why they doing it mangers suppose to be nice and friendly not abusing there power

This is the worst fast food location I know of. I live 5 minutes from here so i have been a fair amount of times and literally only go because i like taco Bell. But this place is literally never prepared. So many times they are out of food. Doesn't matter what time of day. They never prepare for anything. And even when they do have food they are always missing many items and you have a select free you can choose from. They constantly try to game the system with their service by always making you pull up from the window as soon as you pay to manipulate their service time. But the most egregious thing is the never having food. It's absurd. I know every business has set backs. But when they happen frequently then it speaks of mismanagement. And this particular location on Cullen has the food shortage issue several times a month.

When I came for breakfast they had nothing to serve but tacos nothing else was available Cullen location

Bad experience they are highly rude. I do bot recommend this place to NOBODY. Tacos are giving out of a plastic bad with no napkins. Didn’t ask what condiments did we want? $31 on some food that can’t even be gave to us properly. That is not right at all.

I had no problem ordering and no long wait for my food, I give them a good score for service.
