Taco Bell, Mesquite TX

(Oct. 30 2023 6: 45pm) After waiting long long time for my order, I went to the counter to ask about it, they totally forgot to do it and that’s why I receive my order wrong. I’m a calm person that’s why I’m doing this bad review and not to yell the kids on the kitchen

The taco was falling apart because of the grease and the burrito was nothing but runny beans the cinnamon twists had no cinnamon I hope they do better because I love Taco Bell but I definitely won’t be back

Went through the drive through last night, and got to
The window asked could I add 2 orders of nacho fries. The young guy working their told me yea you can go back through the line, I asked are you being for real and he said yea. I left went to Taco bueno with no problems. My money and time is good anywhere I desire.

Not very happy. There was nothing cinnamon or anything on my cinnamon twists.that's one of the main reasons I go there. I didn't call and let them know. I tried putting my own cinnamon on the twists, but they were NOT the same. So my dog ate them.

Rude girl, food had no meat and the home girl was giving to much attitude + didn't get my drink! I rather not get a drink that someone night spit on lol oh and this people don't know how to grill a burrito.

They couldn't get our order right. They were playing around inside the restaurant. It took 3 times though the dive thru before they got it right, but what changed it all is my car died the 3rd time through and they were willing to help and get my car working.

I went here earlier today and it took them forever to make my order witch was 6 soft tacos also the did not speak to anyone about orders the just were saying to order on the machine and I wanna say thank you to the boy who actually help but I don't know his name.

I’ve been coming here lately thru the drive-thru. They are always real fast. I like when fast food joints serve the food fast, I hate waiting waiting for my food. Here I don’t ever wait more than 5 mins on the line. White girl with the glasses and a thick body hooked it up with some extra diablo sauce just like how I wanted

Tacos shells were soggy. I asked for chicken instead of beef the gave me chicken on top of beef. I was missing my drink and my extra fries. Had to go back two days later to have my order replaced.

They get your order wrong then they are rude. They always ask if you want sauce and they never put it.

Not good service, the person who took my order is not good for that type of work, he lacks more knowledge and has to provide better customer service, the cashier's name is Brittani

Never open till 3: 30am like it says online. I work late at night so 2am 3am is like my lunch time and this place is right next to my house. Would be super convenient to be able to stop here real quick and skip home to eat. I tried a few times but I've given up hope. I even rolled up at 1: 30 am one time and no one was seen to be inside. But all the lights and computers were on.

Addi (an employee) is a G and always helps us out! This is the BEST Taco Bell in Mesquite!

They told us to back up to wait for our order which makes zero sense and then told us to go around again so our order about ready and we have to go wait in line for like 5 other cars or something and get up there they give us one bag putting all the crispy stuff on the bottom so when we got home for our Easter taco bell meal all the crispy stuff was soggy and disgusting couldn't even eat it

I went to this store and 90% sure the cashier got herself some stuff I had gotten 2 chicken chalupa combo and some cinnamon twists and on my receipt it says 3 chicken quesadillas I did not get chicken quesadillas and I have the cashiers name so I know who it is takeing advantage of people with money will not be going back

Automated order screens. The dining area is clean and quiet. The location is nice as well. Great location and great service.

If going through drive through always check your order to make sure it is all there. There is ALWAYS at least 1 item missing.
