Taco Bell, Alice TX

The staff were very friendly and professional. The store was nice and clean. Our food was excellent except for the Cinnamon Twists which were rancid and had very little cinnamon sugar on them. Last month when we ate here the Cinnamon Twists were great.

Workers hardly given breaks no fees employee meals Belinda perez acts uppety calling customers other food service and her workers ghetto and she is more worried about the prompts she gives u to say to the customers instead of letting employees naturally greet customers making the employee more focused on the prompts given instead of serving the customer right

Eh. Good for a quick bite. Thank goodness Grandma wasn't around when Taco Bell came in to town. If she found out that I was eating here, she'd be throwing one of those boomerang chanclas (you know those are the chanclas that IF she missed her intended target (Me) the chancla would return to her hand.

You could easily tell the cashier hated her job when she's giving you ugly looks when your odering.will never go again due to that

They skimp on the amount of food they put in their burritos and the meat and beans were runny. There was almost no lettuce or tomatoes in the burrito supreme.

Food took 45 minutes to come out. Then the order was wrong. No real apology. No urgency from employees.

First time ordered crunchy regular tacos was given supreme driving at night took a bite and immediately allergy reaction, went back they threw the remade tacos at me, my face was swollen by this time and I was having a coughing spell asked for a cup of water and server just looked at me like I ordered an alien until manager told him to give me a cup

It's pathetic when you wait 30 minutes in the store only customer to order a slush and they tell you the machines down

The place always looks dirty. I saw baby roaches on the ordering counter. I get diarrhea everytime I go here.

The drive-thru employee was snippy and our sodas were just carbonation. There was no syrup at all. I know they could tell it was straight carbonation because my Dr. Pepper was almost clear. That's a small town for you. Just about every place in Alice, TX has rude employees.

This place was not too bad. The credit card machine does not work really well, its kind of a pain! They need to better train their help. The burritos were not made the same. The burritos were thick and thin, so inconsistent. They were obviously not made by the same person. I found this to be true with one out of three burritos, so kind of skimpy!

My nephew Joe is visiting me, he lives in Calgary Canada. So we enjoyed going to Taco Bell. The food was delicious!

Ordered a crispy taco light on the lettuce x cheese I got x lettuce and no cheese. Not cool

This ain't a real business. Stole my money. I ordered on the kiosk. They never made my order. Never even acknowledged me. Hands down, worst Taco Bell in 50 states.

Workers are constantly goofing off at night. I waited 7-8min at the window only for my order to be wrong. Sadly this has happened on more than one occasion specifically in the evening/night. The morning shift for breakfast is actually great. I don’t know who runs this establishment but I don’t see how you could even possibly find this behavior and control quality to be acceptable. Please try to hire some folks with the same energy as the morning shift or at least workers who will get your order correct. Much Obliged,
