Taco Bell, Texas City TX

I went into the Texas city Taco Bell. They told me I had to use the computer to order. I told them I didn’t know how to use it, but they WOULD NOT take my order. They did come over and help me, but when I got home my order was completely WRONG! The employees should take your order for you, that’s what their job is. I WILL NOT be back!

Don't come here. Go to the one in La Marque instead. Everyone here is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Get attitude no matter what you try to do.

If I could rate this taco bell zero stars I would. Every time I come here it is consistently a bad experience. Yesterday during my ordering process in the drive-thru someone had came over the intercom and interrupted with rude comments. I would suggest you avoid this Taco Bell at all cost as there is a much better one nearby. I will be raising these actions to the corporate level as this is unacceptable.

Why do you force customers to use the kiosks. You literally are paid to do that. I refuse to come to this taco bell ever again because I felt like if didn't use the kiosk I would never get my order taken.

I came in here last night at around 10pm and I wanted a Baja blast since I hadn’t had Taco Bell in quite some time. The people working the kitchen wouldn’t bother to come and serve me at the counter for a simple drink, I tried placing an order on the kiosk and Baja blast wasn’t on there, the restaurant was unkept, however one thing I did like was that the bathroom was actually clean for a Taco Bell. Please improve customer service.

Get yall ** together and more staff. Refused ice to front customers but gave ice to drive thru customers, all customers should be treated the same.

We were greeted by a rude lady after standing for 5 minutes in line in a completely empty Taco Bell who stated, "Can't help you, you have to order at kiosk" we had a large breakfast order for 7 and after purchasing the lengthy order, she turns to us and says, "we are out of eggs" and did not help w solutions. It would have been nice to have been informed of this before directing us to the kiosk at 9am that they didn't have eggs. Her manager has was less helpful and eventually we left without food after wasting 20 min at this absolute dump and detour. Absolutely terrible service and miserable people that work there. We like Taco Bell breakfast tacos.just stay away from this location.

The quality of food is always at the top with their service was surprisingly extra better than it normally is in the food was so ready by the time that I even tried to post a compliment it was already ready and I was walking out the door with it the Taco Bell in Texas City Texas off of Palmer is my new Daddy

I would give zero stars if Google let me from the service to the soggy food I received. Your employees need to be taught compassion for the elderly who don't know how to use your kiosk instead of telling them they need to learn how to use it. From start to finish taco bell employee failed. I won't be back.

You have to order on a keosk, but I learned you can add extra meat! They where out of cinnamon twists, but they offer ent a replacement for it. So staff was nice.

Order was correct. Tacos fall apart but overall the food was good. Employees I talked to were nice.
They could come down a little on some of their prices.

The attendant who waited on us very friendly, took orders and asked names. When orders were ready he called put name's made playful skits of both names very much appreciated by patrons

There were 2 of us in line, and we were both told to order from the kiosk. The guy in front of me ignored what he said and just stood there, I went to the kiosk, but I couldn't find the meal I wanted on there and had to go back up to the counter, I felt as if I was an interruption rather than a customer.

I called and didn’t even say a thing and automatically got harassed and disrespected from this.shame on u

Food was Decent. The lady that took our order was very rude and had a attitude with us cuz we asked to order up front. She looks like she is a team lead or a manager. Terrible customer service.

It's taco bell, goes in and comes out quickly.but the food was hot, staff was friendly and fast.
