I love Taco Bell, so I'm biased, but it was great and fast service, plus it's always good

Completely messed up my order. I ordered a steak quesadilla and they gave me a chicken. Also, asked for a crunchy taco and was given a supreme taco. The only thing that was correct in my order was my drink.

Rude employees virtually no meat in any of the food I have never gotten an order right from this location the employees are obviously on drugs or alcohol I would not recommend it’s always a disappointment

The one time I went here the drive-thru gentleman was extremely friendly and nice! My food also came out very fast. The reason for the three star rating is the portions here are half the size of what I get at my normal location (Dripping Springs). So that was disappointing.

The last two times I have ordered from here it’s been quite disappointing. Last time I was here the employee threw hot sauce packets at my car to get me to pull forward. Tonight I did a mobile order on the app. I customized two items to remove cheese and sour cream and added potatoes to another ($1.50 extra). My hubby is dairy free for health reasons. Both of the items were slathered in cheese and sour cream and there were no potatoes. I didn’t realize the order was wrong until I arrived home. I tried to call to see if I could either get a refund or head back and replace the items but the phone just rings and rings.

Just note that the staff is unaccommodating and often times rude. Also check your order before pulling away from the drive thru. And also, stop doom scrolling and pay attention in the drive thru - unless you want some flying fire sauce flung at your windshield. What a waste of sauce!

I requested dorito tacos Supreme and instead got these truck tacos all cold. So disappointing. Worse service ever 08/31/2023 11: 30 pm.

Hours never accurate, have tried twice again and there are always missing items. Just go to better location on Braker.

I am a truck driver, and I had to deliver next door, it was 11: 00 pm when I walk next door to order food, and the man that was taking orders had me waiting at the window for 20 minutes then the manager (Jessica) came to the window, and she didn't want to take my order and told me to uber eats it

Today I received 2 bean and cheese burritos and a crispy taco. My taco was a disaster. Both burritos were ice cold. I asked to replace my order. The guy said sorry but, we don't do that. Food all cold and 5 employees who really didn't care. Go to a different store. They don't care about your satisfaction.

I ordered a cravings box. The chalupa was cold and the burrito tortilla was uncooked. The cinnamon twists were awful, they coated my mouth with a weird chemical flavor that tasted gross. Taco and soda were normal. Was asked if I wanted sauce but didn’t get any. Won’t be returning to this location

This location has cancelled two orders for delivery. Will never order or pick up from this location. Very unprofessional

Just left. I stood there for 8 minutes with not so much as, "will be right with you". Nothing 4 employees looked at us but we got nothing. No customer service at all.

Iv been here more than 20 time because I work near by. I usually get the box because there affordable But 70% of the time they tell me they can't make something that's only been on the menu for one week. Sorry we don't have flat bread so we can't make half our stuff. No sorry we can't use a tortilla

Would not recommend.manager was smoking a crack pipe by the trash can area and then went inside to try to take my order very unprofessional

The worst location for a taco bell sadly; never once that they didn't mess up the order. The Uber drivers go to pick upy orders and then all of them end up cancelling it because of their staff either they lie saying it's been picked up or that they're not working on orders past 11 pm, incredible scenarios

Not enough stuffing it tastes just plain even after we added extra avocado’s overall, food is not tasty

DO NOT COME HERE. Employees are self centered and could care less about your experience. I ordered a large drink and was giving a cup half empty. When I asked they told me that’s a large cup and that’s all there are going to fill it up to. When I went to the bathroom it was poorly maintained and looked like a homeless guy tried flushing trash down the toilet.

Food was prepared quickly but I asked for extra beef and was charged for it but did not receive it.

This place is NOT open to 2am. Waited in the drive through for several minutes with no acknowledgement. As we left the drive through, we saw employees sitting in the lobby look like they duck down. Felt like they were hiding because they tried to close early.

Both lobby and drive through ‘open signs’ were on too.
