Taco Bell, Gilmer TX

I go to this Taco Bell 1x a month. Usually quick and my order is out timely. Friendly staff as well

Hit or miss on almost all levels.

Quality of the food ranges from decent to sloppy from visit to visit. I feel like I’ve had the whole range of experiences from this single location, from feeling very satisfied, to underwhelmed, to even finding hair in my food.

Service is the only thing that’s reliably good, never had a bad experience with an employee.

Honesty, you pay so much for food nowadays that it would nice to know you’re going to get a consistent experience.

Asked for my crunchy taco to be subbed with a doritos Loco got a soft instead no hot sauce even though I told her to put some and asked for a large slush and got a small.didn't even get my receipt to go back and I live 15 mins away.

You can’t even call and ask simple questions or anything now days with all these kids working with no respect period. Makes me want to do who there parents are. SMH. Worst customer service

The nacho fries were very cold and two of our other items were cold also. Update, went back to this establishment on 7/31/23 this place needs to be inspected by Upshur County. They had exposed wires in the dining room area where a ceiling tile was missing. The soda fountain machine had black mold on the nozzles that dispersed the drink, also the back of the machine and the buttons have black mold, clearly this machine has not been cleaned in months. I do not see how food code enforcement for Upshur County has not been there to inspect this place. The dining room was a complete mess. The workers were on their phones not doing any cleaning whatsoever. In fact you would watch workers go into the restroom on their phone use the restroom and come back out on their phone. So if they were using the restroom and wash your hands they went and touched their dirty phone after they wash your hands, gross we ended up throwing our food away. I will never visit this establishment again and we will be calling someone in Upshur County about this, this is disgusting. In today's day and time this is unacceptable. If there was any way of getting a hold of the Proprietors of this establishment I would. I have. I never in my life been so displeased with the restaurant to where I would ever post or complain like this. But this place was awful.

Ordered the Chicken Volcano burrito, and it was not grilled. The cheese was cold and unmelted, and the chicken was lukewarm at best.

I know I'm paying for more than 3 pieces of shredded cheese. Staff is always nice though.

Ordered through drive thru…. & they forgot something. I called 4 times… nobody answered the phone. I would like my item I paid for.

Usually can't manage to give us half of our food that we paid for. At least they are consistent, consistently bad since I was a little kid.

The man who took our order was very nice, the food was good and was it ready within a reasonable time.
Now for cleanliness (or lack thereof) The lobby was filthy, the floors, tables and chairs were littered with trash and food scraps. Even the floors in the kitchen were littered with tortillas, chips, cheese scraps, etc. The drink and condiment station was sticky and dirty as well.

The women's restroom was disgusting, there was a lot of toilet paper on the floor (and it looked as if it had already been used) and the trash can was overflowing with trash. The store was all over dirty. There appeared to be plenty staff on duty that should have made an effort to clean it up all of the mess.

Had to call to get someone to answer the drive through all around service sucked and they wasn't even crowded

Last time my food was cold but this time it was hot and I really enjoyed it I know what it's like in the food industry you guys are doing awesome keep up the good work still love Taco Bell I got a box and it's just about gone

Payed same price for 3 tacos as 3 tacos with sweet tea because they where out of sweet tea

I love Taco Bell comma their food at this typical store is cheaply made you hardly getting any cheese on your burritos and tacos comma so you don't get what you pay for the workers there are very nice and pleasant especially thick crew I guess you can say that closes at night they're very pleasant helpful the only thing I feel bad for them is there lobby is open until two am and I don't think that it's safe for the ladies that work there at night management needs to do better and allow them to close lobby at least my 11 o'clock also I believe Their lobby is pretty clean stocked with the Taco Bell sauce and napkins so I think it's a nice place except for the food should be better

Dried sauce was on the tables, lettuce, cheese and spilt soda on the floor everywhere. Our food was cold and made sloppy. They never have the Baja blast freeze.

I ordered and literally said no onions or red sauce on my burritos and only sour cream meat and cheese on my tacos and it came with all of the above.and my cheese on my quesadilla wasnt melted.took them 30 mins to get it out, just to have my order wrong.they’re lazy & need to work on their customer service.

First time visit since moving to the area. There was a minor confusion on the order and the manager immediately apologized and comped us two free tacos for our next visit. The staff are super polite and the place is well kept and maintained. We will be back.

Something you don't see very often from Taco Bell is hot and fresh food. This Taco Bell's food was both of those, hot and fresh. So thankful for hot, fresh beans instead of old, dry, crunchy beans and the taco shells were crisp and no signs of stale. I didn't give 5 stars due to when going in, the floors were extremely slippery, it was almost like we were ice skating.
