Taco Bell, El Paso TX

All get wrong orders. I have to hold up the drive thru line to double check my food. When i think i have the correct order, i forget to taste the drink and then it's the wrong drink too. Smdh

I when up to the drive through to claim my free chalupa box from my mobile order. She displayed my order and it was different than my online order so I fixed it. When I got to the window she asked me to pay but I had put the order online. She said to go ahead and pay that maybe it will remove it. She went ahead and gave me 2 chalupa boxes and charged me for one. I told her but she ignored me. I just drove off in anger but I change your drive thru person to someone that listens.

Worse customer service ever! Management SUCK! They won’t even want to speak to you, they have their crew speaking to him and won’t try to help you. Never coming to this place again,

One of very few places that is Keto friendly. The power bowl is a great meal with low carbs and high protein and fats. Just order with Steak and without beans and rice.

Late night food was good. Great services by great staff. Atmosphere was good. Everything was well organised by staff. Beautiful place. Interior was nice. Everything came of kitchen was fresh and flavorful.

Guys, it's Taco Bell. You know damn well what you're getting into. If you're wondering why I gave it four stars: I hate my colon sometimes and this cuisine gives it a good cleaning.

Waited up front to take my order for like 5 minutes. I get that drive through is busy but take care of inside customers, damn nobody even said wait please

The food was amazingly fresh and the service was prompt and I'm not sure what it's like when it's busy but it was great on the unbusy hours!

It's fine, maybe 2 items on the menu I care about. Can say I'm a fan of their drinks.
With all this in mind it's still a fast and cheap lunch.

I would give them No stars! Definitely the worst taco bell in el Paso just simply go in side to order your food if you want to attempt to get your order right!

Crunch wrap is a good choice. It is easy to hold without causing food to potentially fall out. Coupled with a Kickstarter soda is a good combination to start the day when you are in a hurry. (Especially if ordered to go.)

The employees made a mistake on the naming and someone else took my order and instead of giving me a new one they made the poor guy pay even tho it was THEIR fault.

Great place. More cheaper that the food sell in UTEP. If you are a student and want to save some money just go to taco bell.

Cashier was extremely rude and making me order quickly and just threw the tray with my food on it onto the pick up counter

One of my fave places to get my tacoi bell fix.and the best value menu that actually serves you a decent meal.the deals! Get deal C or D for a real lunch. Drink and Doritos included under 3 bucks!

Rude when ordering in drive thru window for two separate orders. Asked for person's name when came to pay, claimed it was policy. I highly doubt her rude attitude was policy and unnecessary.

Took ten minutes to attend to me the young lady then argued with me and said it wasn't that long. Food was bad. Slip this Taco Bell

As a U. S. Army Veteran I have never been treated as bad as I was during a visit here, I don't know what they have against there customers but I advise everyone to spend there money elsewhere.
