Taco Bell, Houston TX

We went through the drive through and it was very fast, the employee was one of the nicest person I've ever dealt with. He was very professional and nice definitely will be going by there every time I'm passing through here.

I'm not sure what his name was, but he worked the drive through window on Saturday 8/29/2020 at 10: 55am he definitely needs a raise or at least the employee of the month for his attitude and friendliness. We need more employees like him for sure.

I’m giving 5 stars not necessarily to the restaurant but rather to the staff. The employee Freddie is phenomenal and deserves some serious recognition! I go out of my way to visit this specific Taco Bell, again, not because the restaurant itself is special, but because Freddie’s service can only be received here and I want to support him as he takes care of us so well. Seriously, if the owner is reading this, you have an amazing employee in Freddie.

Fast service, but they mess up the orders occasionally. Check your receipt and bag before you drive away

Service was fast and friendly. However, why ask me what kind of sauce I want if you’re still not going to put it in my order bag.

Im an Uber Driver and I passed through this Taco Bell before I went home. The service was not that great. After I handed her my money she ask me to move back past the yellow pole. I did and then in milaseconds I was ask to pull back up. Y who knows.
The I ordered was thrown together.
I worked for Taco bell and I know how the is to be rolled. And if it's rolled right it's didn't fall on your clothes. The was also thrown together and when am I reached in the bag to get my taco everything fell out. Have your people take there time

Went through the drive through at like 3: 57! Thought i would get turned away. However Rigo the kid at the drive thru provided excellent and friendly customer service! He even said until its 4 i take care of my customers! Give the kid a raise!

Bring a non tendon or bone grounded beef and you get a 4 star.pay your workers more and ill give you 5.

Don't go during lunch it's very slow and you'll spend most of your hour sitting in the drive thru

The cashier was one of the friendliest guys on the planet, no joke! He greated me with smiles and make small talk, fast food is pretty much the same wherever but, when you have happy employees it definitely made a quick trip for tacos and a tea a better experience!

Always fast, fresh, and delicious. Clean tables and friendly service. My favorite fast-food place.

American processed fast food lite snacks named after actual popular Mexican foods they are meant to be substitutes for. Dainty enough for the little ones. Disappointingly lite little snacks.

The cashier here was awesome! I wish I knew his name but, he was the most friendly, upbeat person I've had the pleasure of meeting in quite some time

The staff is super friendly. Always smiling. Food is always fresh & the inside is always clean. One of the best fast food restaurant in the area.

Cashier must have thought he was being featured in his own show.trying way too much to be funny and social.was very annoying to listen to my entire meal.

The employees are very friendly and eager to help there's not much to say about the food it's Taco Bell you get what you pay for

The line was extremely long, so there was a bit of a wait, but I gotta say that the customer service was great and so was the food. I guess this is why they stay open later.

What? Real tacos? Dis place has the nearest authentic recipe to our Tacos, Rice, and Beans.wait, someone sold our secret recipes.dirty rotten scoundrels. Hang'em High! Wait, now I don't have to struggle cooking all of that? Now I just amble down to my local Taco Bell? Yay! Give'em all medals!

Service was fast and we almost got what we ordered. Food was mediocre and they forgot some of it. Guy at the register was hilarious.

Been going to this one for quite some time. This time around though left something to be desired concerning the girl who took our order. I don't know how long she's been employed but she clearly had no clue how to change the drink in a combo to the Freeze. I tried to tell her that it is a simple upcharge of 30 cents but she insisted that the way she did it was correct which would have resulted in me paying 2.29 extra on top of the combo which includes a drink. She finally got the manager involved who in turn hit 2 buttons and fixed her mistake. Seeing that had been in the wrong the whole time changed her attitude toward me and was very rude for the remainder of the transaction. Clearly training and customer service are lost on this girl, Marqueshia, as she failed to acknowledge her mistake and didn't even make the attempt to apologize to me.
Other than that the food was as usual wonderful. Again I don't know how long she has been working for Taco Bell but her customer service skills are severely lacking as is her competency with the ordering system.

Food is cold. I asked the cashier before ordering to make sure that my food is hot, did not happen. Did not have time to complain.
