The store always appears to be understaffed, but the employees are always very polite and gracious. The food always comes out just as expected.

My stomach end up hurting after eating the food. I will try again to make sure it's just an upset stomach

Good fresh food the last few weeks, but very disappointing on Thursday at 3: 30 p.m. Carne Tacos, Party Tacos, Nacho s. The Tacos were not warm at all! Party taco meat was stale and cold. The peco was also flat! Couldn't finish.
The Cashier was nice - as always.

The food is always messy. Need new employees that care about their jobs. The people working there just want to get paid. This was my last time here plus 100 employees that work at my job. Plus the food is over priced for slop.

When i got there at 7: 41 the door to the lobby were already locked, even though the window says new hours, dinning room open till 8pm. When i was let in by the young lady moping the kitchen looked confused why i was in there. Then gave a little attitude about my order.

Their drive through equipment is cruddy, the only thing great is the friendliness of the staff. We rarely get correct order.

I love their inexpensive price their variety of menu. Different than taco Bell good definitely good too bad they close the one near where we live so finding one in the Dallas area was great

My food was good. It wasn't salty, it was seasoned unlike most taco buenos now days. The churros were a little over fried but everything else I got tasted great.

IF YOU OPEN AT 1030 then list it! DONT LIST YOUR OPEN ONLINE THEN I DRIVE UP THERE AND YOUR CLOSED. Complete waste of my lunch from work. Thanks a lot. Thanks for being worthless.

This place is the best by far, we have 2 in Lewisville and this is the best one. The food taste better and it's a lot cleaner

I love Taco Bueno and I know about waste and saving money. But how is it a hour or mire before they close, they don't have any beans? WTH.

I am obsessed with taco bueno, truly! Their bean burritos are such a favorite of mine. I feel bad because I order their wholelotta box so much after I get off work but I love it more than anything!

Normally great service here, today I had to interrupt the employee conversation when nobody was at register, and the cashier was showing other employees and manager something funny on her phone, that was apparently very important and extremely funny.

There are some "no meat" options. Be careful.there is meat sauce on the bean burritos. You have to ask to leave it off.

Stopped in for a quick combo burrito. Quick and polite service. Love their salsa! I could drink that stuff. Actually, I have.

Love the tacos here, much better than other taco places around here without getting pricey. Great for a quick bite, I come here quite often.

I understand 20 minutes until close has some complications, but when they tell you they're out of chicken, taco meat, and steak.one has to wonder if they're just driving business off just to get out at a certain time. I'm in the restaurant biz, so I know when to be skeptical.if were the case, in my opinion, they should've closed early with a taped hand written note saying "we're out of all meats. " I call bullcrap.

12-26-17 No tamales.and the heater did not work so it was just as cold inside as it was outside

Refused to give me an advertised speacial price.then was very rude.she immediatley got mad at me and called for the manager and threw a fit.i never even asked to see the manager who also had a bit of an attitude.i just asked a simple question and would have paid full price.
In the past the food had tasted less than fresh.
Maybe dont hire entitled brats and you would be alot better off in the customer service department.

I asked for no tomatoes on my muchacho and when I got home there was tomatoes, but besides that the food was fresh and delicious! Thank you.
