Taco Bueno, Katy TX

Ordered a beef burrito and crunchy taco. People were nice and food was hot and presented well. However, the food is bland. The only seasoning in the ground beef that I could taste was salt. Their hot sauce/salsa was not very tasteful either. Sorry but I would not recommend.

What a poor experience my first time going to try the Bueno Burrito they said they don't have all the ingredients to make the burrito its like going to McDonald's and can't get a Big Mac cause they don't have the stuff to make it very hungry now I'm going to Taco bell very disappointed

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went in to order food for dinner. No one said anything when I entered, and the cashier was on their phone the entire time (about 15 minutes). I tried to get the attention of multiple workers to place an order and was completely ignored. The 3 males that were on staff never came to the register, and the cashier and the two cooks working just glowered any time i spoke. I took this photo when leaving the restaurant. Needless to say, I won't be back ever!

Why do they close the lobby at 8pm when the restaurant doesn't close until 10pm?

Luckily for you your location is located on an Interstate so you will probably survive okay off transient business flow. However given your rude responses to multiple customers doesn't bode well for growing your business long-term. There are more restaurants per square mile in Houston than any other city in the United States so people can take their silly questions and spend their money somewhere else.smh.

The whole Lotta box is the best deal. Queso was a bit expensive for the amount yoku get. The tacos were 10x better than taco bell. If you want taco bell, try this place at least once. You'll never go to taco bell again. Fast polite, service.

First time hearing about and seeing Taco Bueno driving by this one in Katy and The Crispy Beef Tacos were super delicious! I love the seasoning they put in the meat. The tacos were fresh and I love there was absolutely no grease running down my hand and no taste of pounds of sodium per bite and the taco shell was extra crispy and light. I will definitely come back for more items!

I would name this place “Taco ok. ” If you’re hungry and there is nothing else within walking distance, this is an okay place to dine in. The food is plane, tasteless, you can tell they use can beans, and it’s overall a cheaper version of TacoBell, which is also bad too. If you’re driving, go somewhere else.

PD: to the owner, you’re missing the point, the food is so bad to call it tacos, they’re not even closed to be good tacos. Yes, a burger would probably taste better.

First time was a little disappointed with the quality of food. Figured it was just a bad day for TB. Gave them another chance to prove themselves but again, the food was terrible. The bathrooms were filthy.the soda was flat and honestly, I thought the brisket tacos were okay. Probably the best thing on the menu. Taco Bell and Taco Casa are way better.

I hate to pile onto what seems like a downward trend, but this was not a good experience at all. I was excited for a new taco place close by but I didn't expect it to be the younger, more out of control brother of taco bell. It was bland, cold, and our order was wrong. If you're looking for fast food on a late night run to help soak up some drinks, this might be your place. Otherwise I'd steer clear. Not sure how you don't melt cheese on a quesadilla, but these guys managed it. Cheers!

My husband took us to this location, we tried it I wasn't really impressed.is like if taco bell had a baby with taco cabana kind of food. But if you want something on the run it would be okay.

I hadn't been to a Taco Bueno in years! It's was better than I remember. Very American but waaaayy better than taco bell. Will definitely go again. It was so clean inside too.

My wife and I’d favorite spot. Great food, clean place, and friendly workers. 10/10 would recommend

The food was not good, I was very disappointed I was out and about and I felt hungry so I stop in to get burger quesadilla. That was not a quesadilla and it was expensive too. Will definitely not go back to this place. Yuck

I wasnt expecting much but was nonetheless surprised. The quesadillas are amazing and very filling. You definitely get your money's worth here! Dont pass it up. If I could give more stars I would.

If I could give no stars I would. Waited 20 minutes and got fed up and left. This has happened 3 x's now. Tried to call to complain but vm is full and no one would answer. TB is officially boycotted.
