Taco Bueno, Dallas TX

There could be no one in the drive through and it'll still take ten minutes. 5 to wait on someone to actually answer the speaker, then repeat the wrong order, and then 5 minutes for them to make it. Literally. The only guy in line. Every. Single. Time. No more. I'm going somewhere else.

Bought 3 whole lotta platters totaling nearly $35 and EACH of them was missing the taco! The bad part is they put half of a taco shell in the order; placed on top of the rice and beans! Really? !

They always get the orders wrong no matter what day it is going thru the drive thru or dinning in. This place has been bad ever since it is open. I worked for Taco Bueno in 1996 and 1997 not much has changed in making the food. People at this restaurant gets it wrong way to much. A beef potato burrito is supposed to be with queso and the put shredded cheese way to many times. The barely put any beans on the party burrito and fold it up to about 4 inches. I am going to start going to the Taco Bueno in Desoto and yours is closer.

I stopped by and ordered the only thing I eat there, Cheesecake Chimichanga. For $4 how could you serve your customer old tasting stale food. I would have called you to replace them but you don’t seem to have a phone number.

There's no point of coming to this place, they are never open when they are supposed to be. I'm here at 10: 30 AM and their hours on the door clearly state they are open at this time. I been here later and they close early. I will never come back to this location

The Hampton location the recent one from Wheatland. The cashier was rude inside and at the drive through. Today on October 5th, The food prep just laid the take out order on the counter and did not tell me it was ready. Each time just about when I visit this location the workers are extremely rude.

I’ve only been here twice but both times I had to go back and get my order remade and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else going here also

I walked in about 12: 45pm. The male black staff just looked at me and the other people waiting at the counter, and just ignored us. He just kept taking drive thru orders with a female staff. I then after about 5 minutes of being ignored walked out. I will never come back to this Taco Bueno.

I couldn't stomach the smell when I walked in. I walked right back out. I don't see how anyone can sit in there and eat their food when the place smells like a sewer. Luckily Goldne Chick is next door their place smells clean and is clean, also the workers are super friendly.

I ordered chicken they gave me beef. My chips were nasty. Food looked old. Like it had been sitting out for a while. Tasted like it too.

Drive thru is painfully slow. No consistency on food. One day party nachos had beans, next time didn't. Party purrito has been made every way but the right way! Employee stated it was her and 1 other during a dinner rush- more management.went back again about a month later and they closed 30 mins early! 9: 35.suppose to10pm

Great food, looked pretty, tasted great people were nice curtious. Way above my expectations very good place to eat

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life would highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere

This has to be the WORST TACO BUENO EVER! Where do I start…. Upon arrival they had it locked up even though it had been up since 9am and I arrived at 1030am. The staff complained they weren’t ready and I needed to hold on. The salsa bar wasn’t fresh ; the pico de gallo looked days old, the cilantro wasn’t cut and was black. Now the food, I ordered 4 bean burritos. Simple request. Not only were they cold, but I’ve never seen a burrito the way they made it. The tortillas were burned beyond belief and tasted horrible. I normally go to only one taco bueno in desoto that’s been there for years and is amazing all the way around, but gave this a shot. Don’t eat here. Not to mention all the workers did was complain about working and were very unprofessional in the manner they spoke. To say the least this is ghetto taco bueno. Drive 5 min more to the other one.

The food was cold and stale, customer service there was none other than "total at 2nd window, and the amount. " Poor customer service stems from poor management. I would avoid this location.

I went this morning, it was clean and the two AA women that were there were professional and courteous. I normally have a bad experience at this location but today I was completely satisfied.

We took drive thru and when we ordered the lady just responded “oh yeah” and didn’t tell us our total l. When we got to the window the place smelled dirty and we had to repeat our order.

I was very disappointed in my stop here today. The food was off. I ordered the Big Freaking Burrito. The tortilla was hard, and this looked like something else. Not what I ordered. The lady at the counter was very friendly.

I love taco bueno, but this location you should avoid like the plague. AWFUL staff, forgot multiple items of food, employees were bickering back and forth the whole time whole not getting anything done even when I came inside to get food resolved. Ended up having to have a manager make my food while the other 8 employees are just yelling and screaming at each other while the manager is trying to make it seem like they just talk loud. Just poor service and attitude all around will not come back to this taco bueno! Steer clear!

They have a new girl they just hired and she stinks and has a nasty attitude I will never come back there
