Taco Bueno, Rockwall TX

Ordered take out nd got wrong food. Luckily checked there itself also chicken tacos was loaded with lettus and cheese more than chicken. Quality needs to be upgraded.

ONLY drive thru provided. In the past, Taco Bueno would get our drive thru orders incomplete. This time PERFECT & we got extra condiments as requested. Most important the food was DELICIOUS! Also got a senior discount. Thank you

Staff is sooooo polite! I get off pretty late at night right before they close and theyre glad to serve me. I love the big freakin' burrito!

Wow. If I could post pictures I will. I will make sure to post them on facebook. After waiting 27 minutes for 2 TACO PLATES when i got home it was pitiful. This is why you pay 2 dollars extra to go somewhere else. Not only did the platter look like it was thrown on the floor before the box, but both tacos were put together with no meat, 1 pieces of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, and no cheese. Horrible. Horrible experience. If I could I would give no stars. Luckily I had a left over taco from Rosa's to feed me for dinner.

Way to high for a beef burrito and a Dr.pepper and 3 mini cheese cake chimichanga, 13 dollars I was not impressed at all the burrito look like it was from the dollar menu so no star

$7.27 for a taco salad that had 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1 tablespoon of ground bead and 1/4 container of salsa. WOW the worst taco salad in my life. Never again. 7/3/2018 2: 00 p.m.

It's just "okay" Mexican food. The flavors compete instead of blend. Salsa is bitter.

When the manager is working, it is very fast and runs smoothly. When he is gone I sat in the drive they for 30 minutes with 5 cars in front of me. Unacceptable!

Great value! Want a quick meal? The food here taste really good and has a better price than the food offered by the bell.

Pretty good food. Much larger portions than I expected. Pretty much a better version than taco bell.

Horrible service! Completely messed up order, went back up to location for them to remake. Remade it WRONG. Called back and told me my husband wasn't telling the truth. What? ! And tacos were like taco Bell. Will NEVER go back to this location.

The worst part is the food is actually more flavorful than most taco Buenos, but the portion size is quite a bit smaller (for mine and my friend's order), they shorted my friend a taco and wanted to argue about it, her order was actually rung up wrong despite her repeating herself 2-3 times, and despite being the only customers inside, we were hard pressed to find a clean table. Perhaps if one uses the drive through, they will have more luck.

I got sick almost immediately after I ate there. The chicken wasn't cut it was like massive clumps of food just shoved into a burrito. And the chicken was a bright orange which I don't think I've ever seen at other restaurants

The burritos we ordered were significantly smaller than other taco buenos.

They need new management.

Do not ever go to this Taco Bueno in Rockwall on Whitehills & interstate 30. This is what you get. I will never ever step foot in that awful “restaurant” again. Rude to my wife and daughter. The guy at the drive thru window basically threw the order at them and got very annoyed when they asked for salsa. I've been there many many times and have had awful service every single time. This is the last time because I nor my family will return. Poor customer service and poor food (pictured)

This location serves great food but the line ran slow and they got our order wrong so we had to go back and correct it

Horrible food, long lines. Rude employees, nasty bathrooms. Cockroaches crawling around. Rude manager. On the border is way better and right around the corner.

I love Bueno and have been a customer for over 20 years. It's sucks that I had to grade this store a 3. This 3 star rating is 100% on the employees. 2 for the food and 1 for employees. It was not busy but the entire store was disgusting and unkept. Bathrooms we're gross and attitudes were running amok. Time to get some consistent management. Until they do, avoid this dump.

I will NEVER EVER in my lifetime try to go here again! Its 45 mins till closing and they are CLOSED. 2ND AND LAST TIME I WILL TRY.
