Taco Cabana, Dallas TX

I ordered fajitas for a lunch staff meeting for a group of 12. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We'll definitely patronize them again!

The food here is disgusting. Undercooked and my bowl was burned. I stopped eating it for fear I may get sick. AVOID this place at all cost!

The Potatos in the Potato abd Egg taquito were old and the Chorizo ones had Grease thick and runny. Like do y'all not strain some of that Grease ‍️

It's been a while since my wife and I ate at a Taco Cabana, but we like them, and so we chose Taco Cabana when getting a late lunch after our daughter went in for surgery. (You can't wait in a waiting room these days? !?) Well, the menu has changed, and we didn't know that the "combo" didn't ADD the chips, queso, and drink to the "plate. " They are completely different, and the combo does NOT come with rice and beans. When our food is delivered without rice and beans my wife accepted it, but I did not. The manager took care of us and gave both of us a plate with plenty of rice and beans. (Sure, I know that is about the least expensive items ANYWHERE, but he took care of us.) Then I took a bite of my chicken fajita taco. TWICE as much meat as I am used to getting. They were fantastic! My wife also shared one of her hard tacos with me, and it was tasty, as well. Other than hardly being able to read the "fine print" on the menu board that explained the differences between a plate and a combo, I deeply regret that they still don't have their salsa bar open. The manager did give me plenty of jalapenos, but I missed the cilantro, pico de gallo, and variety of hot sauces. All in all it was very tasty, plentiful portions, and the manager took care of us when we felt we had an issue. I would have gone back for dinner, but we didn't get away from the hospital until 11: 30 that night!

This location is terrible! Food cold. My crunchy tacos were basically disintegrated. So much grease i think made my shells fall apart. Had to eat with a fork. Just disgusting. I've been here once and it wasn't good either but that was a long time ago so i thought I'd give another chance but i was sadly more disappointed this time around. Don't go there.

Definitely disgusting! Everything was cold tortillas where not fresh. The chicken was rubbery.and the drive thru lady was not the brightest to say the least. If there was a negative star rating i would of given it.

Taco Cabana is wonderful. Most of the time I go during breakfast time. Their bacon, egg and cheese is my all time favorite, however, their shrimp tacos are my 2nd fav. Great prices and excellent customer service.

Great food for the price I recommend this place to everyone if you are in a hurry and want good Mexican food

Food was good. Order was correct. Only problem was had to stand at register for almost 10 minutes waiting on someone to take my order.

Omg.zombies could serve faster.one pink shirt microwaving everything while 2 black shirts ghost. 30 min for a salad and burrito

"Fajita chicken tacos" took 20 min, cost $8, and consisted of a tortilla and wet chicken that looked like it was artificially made

The service and food was really good! I’m so glad that the manager, blanca, is back because now the service is faster again! Definitely coming back again

We walked in to get breakfast. Waited 10 minutes and literally nobody acknowledged us. Looked right at us- nothing. We tried to get someone’s attention, with no response. We took our business down the street to Rosas. Thanks for making us miss breakfast. We both work in the service industry- you could have at least told us it would be a minute.

The best new tacos: Their new Steak Jalapenos & Steak & Pablano peppers were awesomely great.the kind you eat, love & dream about! Ask for their fresh home made salsa

Went thru drive thru. Service was great considering the late hour. The guy at the window was very nice and helpful. Food was great as usual.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the window with nobody ahead in line of me.service is incredibly slow and i ordered just 2 tacos.there's 3 people working back there.

Food is good but service is consistently poor. They always seem frustrated when they see customers, as if they're being inconvenienced.

No WiFi, food was good. Asked for lettuce after ring up and she told the makers but they refused me extra lettuce on $12 meal. Cheap!

I am okay with my food taking awhile but communication is key. Sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no one telling me it is going to take awhile is just plain rude.

That manager (sharma) was so rude. He doesn't even smile or greet me. No customer service skills.
