Taco Cabana, Richardson TX

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They have messed up my order multiple times and when you try to speak with them about it, they act like it is your fault that they can’t follow basic instructions. Never in my life did I ever think I would have to be a Karen but this place is doomed. And before you make some dumb response under this review, maybe you should of thought about handling it correctly the first 3 times.

I was 1 of 2 cars in line. It took 35 minutes to get my order. I looked in the bag at it was the wrong food. After bringing it to their attention they asked fir the food back through the window and set it on the counter where it originally came from. Looked like they were going to still serve it to whoever was next in line. I wouldn't recommend here with the speed of service and health standards.

This time wasn't That good had chicken bowl it was dry didn't have all things to add extra like onion, peppers and the usual sides That sit out for u to get yourself and the drinks was not very good, didn't seen to be mixed well

Ordered curbside, forced to do drive-thru because they were lazy. I could have done drive-thru at Taco Bueno (closer to home).

The food is usually prepared well its just that there forgetful a lot of times like coffee with cream & sugar and no sponge or I wanted pico de Gallo and got salsa instead however the food well prepared

Beans were salty and chips tasted stale. Tortillas were good and the man at the drive thru was friendly.

Great friendly people. I always feel very welcomed, not to mention the food is fresh and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite place to go.

The place can never get my order correct. This last time was the final time. I order the 2 enchiladas with chicken fajita and no pico. Of course they gave me shredded chicken n still put pico on it. I took one bite and was horrible. Cold nasty even the rice and beans was no good. I’m at work so can’t go get a replacement order. I will not be going back there ever again.

The service is always great and the food even better! Can't believe it's so good and abundant for so cheap. Insane. And the margaritas are awesome as well (: mmm

We ordered the Chicken Taco Bowls with chips and queso on the side it's a must try. The best part, they have margaritas to go

The rudest employees of any place I've been in years. Sadly this seems to be true at all Taco Cabanas I've been to in the Dallas area. They don't seem to have a company structure that encourages positive attitudes and good customer service.

Just say NO to 'da NACHOS!

They split 1 ramikan of pico into 2.
Skimped on the fajita meat, ALL CHIPS,
No flavor, meat was spicy.

2nd bad exp in 2 weeks. I will not return.

Horrible service. Poor standards. Tortillas all over floor. Catering order was late. No urgency. Don’t waste your time. Go to chiloso across the street.

Order sampler over night around 11 and got it delayed for some reason. They refunded me the money along with food for delayed service.was average though.

How is this location open 24 hours? I came by the other day at 230Am and they never came to the speaker and it looked closed so I drove off. Another time I came by I waited in car line for 15 mins. Food is good though when they are open lol.

I have to say that the horrendous service today was offset by the manager refunding my entire tab while (finally) getting us our food. Their food is good and the prices are decent. Had they had sufficient personnel on site the error probably wouldn't have happened.

Came for a quick snack and got an excellent chicken fajita style taco and another beef one similar. Both excellent, filling and pretty inexpensive. Highly recommend

I came here last night for dinner with my family. It took over 30 minutes for us to get our food! And they weren't that busy.

Omg I love Taco Cabana. They have the best streak tacos. If I could stand to eat there everyday I would. They are speedy (most of the time). Great quality for price and overall pleasant customer serivce. Looking for a quick tasty bite, this is the place youll want to be.

Always great food in all locations, but service in Richardson location was the worst we waited for over 30 minutes and no one helped us.
