Taco Cabana, Houston TX

I do drive through here very often and they are always friendly and the food is consistent. I like their breakfast tacos much more than taco bell's, much better quality, and the margaritas are a great deal too. I don't like to drink a lot so the single is perfect. Great location overall.

Yesterday the gentleman at the drive thru window used the same vinyl gloves he was using to accept money and whatever else, to grab my tortillas.

Those are single use gloves and i know he's had them on for a while because his hands were sweaty in them. At the very least he could have used tongs, but this is clearly behavior that management allows.

Hopefully an inspection from the health department will help correct the error in their ways.

This is a great place for lunch. Louis was very knowledgeable And helpful when deciding what to what to eat great customer service all the food is fresh and seasoned a-maz-ingly!
$2 margaritas all different flavors the ground beef nachos and chicken (shredded) Soft tacos Was a hit! Definitely one of my new spots she come to!

Breakfast tacos have more water than eggs or other filler. The breakfast tacos leak before you even open the wrapper. The soggy tortillas disintegrate before you can eat them.

They closed in 45 minutes and the manager was trying to rush me and my family of 8 (there for would have been about a $70 $80 order) to hurry up with our order because they closed soon. Never again coming here! If i could give zero stars i would and i used to manage a taco cabana. Rude!

The guy at the window was cool. I asked for jalapeños for a full order of nachos…. I was given one little container with about 4 slices. When I asked for more …. The man I asume was the manager said they didn’t have anymore. Nor did they cilantro. Usually the food is good.but today it did not taste good at all. Won’t be going back.

The over night lady was rude and took my order at the outside menu and when I got to the window she refused to open the window and said that because I was on a bike which is a vehicle she would not give me the food i had ordered there was no sign saying that bikes were not allowed and I explained that I was starving and she didn't care. There was no one infront of me nor behind me the whole time.

Seriously this place always gets my orders wrong, unapologetic, honestly I believe they need to train these folks better, sorry I don't think they are even worth a star, I will definitely not coming back!

I was very disappointed with my service at the kirby location in Houston. At first everything was fine the girl that took my order was very polite and efficient. However, I waited for almost 20 min for my order which was a regular chicken quesadilla. Everyone else after me came and ordered and received their order immediately. I went and told the cashier I was still waiting on my order only to realize that my order hadn't even been made. The lady who took my order was on drive thru so this other person proceeded to make my order Not only did she act as if I was bothering her but she pretty much threw my food together sloppily and didn't even bother to offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience. She did the same to my daughter who also waited a long time for her nachos but my daughter made her give her her money back. Needless to say I will never go back there or any taco cabana ever again.

I like this place for a quick Mexican meal fix. But I am disappointed in my recent visit. This drive thru is normally slow AF but today they were quick. In my sauces they gave me a used sauce. I am kind of disgusted because it looks like trash they put in my food order! Are they reusing old containers? I would be ok waiting in the line like I normally do to get food that wasn’t used! Or apparently recycled.

EVERY TIME I use the app to order during the morning/lunch shift something is missing from my order. I thought it was because of the delivery service. This time I tried picking up my order and it was missing my nachos. I did remember to get the 2 fajita tacos from the last time I ordered and they were pitifully small with 3 little pieces of steak. Every time this happens, I call, speak to the manager Maria, she says sorry about that, next time you are here we will give you the rest of your food. This has happened at least 5 times. If I didn't love taco cabana so much I would have stopped coming here. This only happens during the morning/ lunch shift though.
The night shift is always spot on!

The beans at this location are NEVER cooked right. They are always hard and the bean and cheese tacos never have any cheese. The worst taco cabana location by far. It doesn’t matter what day or the week or time, the food is always horrible.

The customer service is excellent! I stop by every morning for breakfast
tacos and the staff brings me to life. The manager at this location is what all leaders should be. Thank you guys for ALWAYS giving the best service especially that early in the morning. Taco Cabana Kirby. YOUR TEAM ROCKS!

This is a yummy, poor man's Mexican crusine.very affordable and good! We like it alot, I favor their red rice and their chicken flautas, my son likes the chicken fajita bowl. They even serve $2 margarita's!

The staff here works so hard, there could be a line of cars in the drive through and they execute their orders quickly! Thank you to Attia and the team! PS, try the mexican corn you won’t regret it!

Worst taco cabana I had ever been. The line takes for ever to move and they got my order wrong and nasty attitude. And they asked for exact payment when you're paying for yours food. I was trying to paid with a $20 dollar bill, so I take my card and they didn't want take it, so they said we can do cash!

This location is struggling. Maybe it's the whole company. They are out of lots of stuff. The employees are angry. The food looks and tastes like it was made with malice.

Do not go at night. During the day the service is great. But tonight 12/13 at 11: 30pm the lady that was running the drive thru was high as hell on something and she usually is when I come because I live in the area. She made me wait 20 minutes before she even took my order which is ridiculous for a drive thru. Total time was an hour for tacos. She’s always high on something. So my suggestion is to avoid this place at night

The street tacos are a joke! Nothing like the picture they are advertising. The meat looks boiled, they didn’t even add onions or cilantros.

Rice was not cooked and beans were still hard, tortillas were cold. Let them know and nothing.not an apology.worst customer service!
