Taco Cabana reviews
16My husband is not the one to complain he ordered a beef enchiladas with Crispy beef taco so instead he got a cheese enchiladas and a crispy beef taco all his food was cold my husband hate to complain so he ate it. Service was great but not the food it was cold
HAHA THIS IS MY GO TO "IM DESPERATE" TACO PLACE. BLOOD SUGAR WAS GETTING LOW LOL! I ORDERED 2 BEAN @ CHEESE AND 1 CHORIZO @ EGG TACO. LADY ON THE DRIVE THRU MIC SAYS "THANK YOU THATLL BE $15.45. I WAS LIKE "WOW" TO MYSELF. 3 CARS IN FRONT OF ME SO 20 MINUTES LATER I MADE IT TO THE WINDOW. I ASKED "WHAT DID I ORDER"? THE TELLER SAYS "YOU HAD 6 POTATO @, EGG AND. ". I STOPPED HIM THERE AND GAVE HIM MY ORDER. HE SAID" WE BEEN BUSY". THERE WAS NO ONE ON THE RESTAURANT! CMON MAN! WELL I GOT MY GRUB. I DONT BLAME THE WORKERS. I BLAME MANAGEMENT.
Amazing meat freshly made by beautiful people makes it all better and my holidays! Amazing place 5 stars ain't enough the meat is soft and made with great care!
Just in town for a visit. First place I checked out. Only had the Chicken Tortilla Soup and a Frozen drink. They were ok.
My 1st experience here was wonderful beautiful outside early am! Drive through was great experience and loved the chicken quesadilla!
Speedy drive through and the employee at the window dried spilled soda off my cup before handing it out to me - thank you!
Margaritas to go? Don't mind if I do. Mango or strawberry won't disappoint.
If your plan is to get margaritas make sure you leave enough time for it to refreeze in the freezer. Once you pour the tequila the ice melts a bunch. Needs at least 2 hours in the freezer
Lines are long due to "short staffing". I've been the only car in line numerous times with a nice wait.
Taco cabana is always delicious! Went and ate inside at this location, did not use the restrooms but from what I saw everything was very clean! The service was excellent! If I'm ever on this side of town again and hungry, we'll be going back.
I'm sure our experience was as a result of is of the lack of employees that so many businesses are experiencing right now. My wife and I ordered from inside the lobby our order to go. From the time We order to receiving our food was at least 30 minutes. I'm not exaggerating! It was incredulous! All we ordered was 2 plates of chicken flautas beans and rice. It takes what, all of 3 minutes to cook flautas in the deep fry? ! And then as one would expect with such a cluster, our beans were absolutely cold.
Can't really understand what they say over the intercom, had 2 come through drive thru 3 times because they forgot one item then again to get plastic ware.
This is the best damn Taco Cabana I have ever been to. This reminds me why I fell in love with Taco Cabana in the first place.
I spent $30 on food, got a large quesadilla and six tacos.specifically asked for salsa. I get my food, no salsa! I ask for salsa again. The girl asks if I want red salsa. I told her to give me a variety. She says "we only have red salsa. " Okay that's ok.she brings me two small salsas. I just spent $30 have 7 different items and they are sooo stingy that I only get two salsas. Ok. I get home, the quesadilla is plain, no avocado, no sour cream.nothing special. The carne guisada and cheese have no cheese. The fajita and avocado have hardly any avocado and hardly any fajita.it was a bad experience all together.
Order was correct but the amount of filling in tacos was literally a splash of carne guisada. This place has been failing lately on customer service
There is not ONE time that I have gone through this drive-thru that they have not forgot at least ONE part of my order!
You'd think that with this Covid thing where they offer curbside service that things would get better. NOT A CHANCE!
I got the beyond meat nachos, a combo with two chicken fajita tacos, a large diet dr. Pepper (upcharge) and chips and queso, and a large chicken fajita quesadilla with no pico de gallo. There were a few people in line ahead of me, once I got to the window it went super fast. I ate half the quesadilla right away and it was great - hot, gooey cheese, crispy tortilla. I dropped it juggling my keys so I didn't eat the other half. I put the rest in the fridge and took a nap. When I woke up, I had the tacos (microwaved) with the nacho cheese poured over the top (I always eat them that way) and the texture was off but they had been refrigerated. They were still tasty. The nachos got soggy in the fridge and weren't good that way.
