Taco Cabana, Lewisville TX

I used curbside service. Called it in. Food came right out when I arrived. If you know what you want to order I would use it every time.

Large order chicken fajita meal was excellent.

Restaurant floor can be cleaned better.

I had the chicken flautas and the were incredible. I've been a customer for 25+ years and will remain for many more with such excellent food and service

I ordered food from somewhere else, I just didn’t order any drinks from there so I decided to stop at taco cabana for a Pepsi, I saw that they had margaritas to go, so I was like sure I’ll try 1 of those too, was quickly told I had to buy food with the margarita which was fine, so I just told them to make it 2 Pepsi’s instead, no margarita then, and was still refused service, was told I had to buy food to get my drinks. I have never been to any restaurant and was told I could not buy just drinks. They literally refused to sell me 2 soda’s. I have never been treated so rudely at an establishment. I will actually leave no stars and I will never eat at another taco cabana in my life.

The food was hit and miss, but it was overall good. In particular, their steak and chicken fajita tacos were excellent, and I would recommend them to any and all taco enjoyers.

Unfortunately, the beef quality is par for the course, and the cheese is fairly lacking.

The order experience is fast and clear, but nothing outstanding nor inviting.

Lastly, the insides look barren and unpleasant. I almost thought the location was closed when I first walked in.

First time there after a while. Came back because of commercials on TV under $5 and $3. Customer service was excellent with my indecisiveness, especially Jonathan and the young man at the drive through window on Round Grove Road, Lewisville Texas.

Haven't been in a few years, and not going back. The ONLY attraction here is alcohol served with the tacos. Food was disappointing at best.

The restaurant is very dirty inside. Very disappointed to see the manager was cutting meat with no gloves on after standing in kitchen looking at her phone.

Placed a curbside pick up order, to be picked up at 10: 30 am. Checked in a few minutes before 10: 30. Received food at 10: 50. Perhaps they did not start preparing my food until I checked in to ensure freshness? But that kind of defeats the purpose of placing an order in advance… food was good and employees were friendly though.

Filthy bathroom, worst salsa and chips I've ever had, no flavor at all. Didn't even have condiment bar filled.

Spent $20 on steak tacos and was hungrier than before I ate them.had maybe 2 pieces of meat per $4 fajita
