Taco Cabana, Houston TX

Placed and order online for curbside, when I arrived the person that answered the phone kept asking me for my order and giving me the wrong name. I was told at the end that had to go inside (the whole idea of curbside is not to go in). The person that answered the phone was not even waiting to help me.

The fajitas were tough. The flour tortilla were dry and stale. Too expensive for the quality. No thank you.

We have always gotten great service from Manger Tina.she is always very respectful and works hard to get everyone's order out on time. The food is always fresh and the place is clean.we refer a lot of Business to that store because of her friendly service.keep up the great work Tina.

Good food but location seems to always be understaffed. Always have to wait to at the front counter a few minutes before someone comes to take the order

Very poor quality of food $30 of fajitas trash. Hard chicken, burnt steak and the rice wasn’t fresh tasted like it’s been sitting out for a while. I should have went to Chuy’s at least I would have had quality tacos.

I went through the drive thru to purchase a pound of their cooked seasoned taco meat for like $5.39 a pound if I remember right. Due to my disabilities I am trying to find ways to make it possible for me to cook. I can not hold out like I use to. My muscles start burning and trembling. So I took this already cooked taco seasoned meat and made taco soup using canned beans and tomatoes and frozen corn. It was delicious. I did have to add a little more packaged taco seasoning I had at home. It was my first time to make it and it was delicious. Success.

I always critique Tex Mex fast food chains by how many middle to late aged women are working in the back, I got the chicken fajita nachos and got really messy. Good stuff.

Fast and efficient, but be ready to bus or clean your own table. Food was fine and our orders have always been correct.

Staff was polite, however they did not have dulce De leche sauce in stock. Also for one large order or Sopapillas it took 20 minutes. The worst Taco Cabana experience yet to date. Disgusting toilets

Drove away & had potatoes & eggs
Wrong pricing billboard said $1.29 per
bacon, egg, cheese if you order 2 plus 20oz coffee combo. Questioned price at window ln anager said no. $1.39 per taco plus. 60 for cheese. Ripoff! Was late for airport just paid & left. Will never go there again!

The menu has changed so much since the last time I visit this place. I wish they still had the grill chicken plate.

They could use some improvement on their food. Their refried beans are so runny. They don't give you much on their guacamole. Which is about size of a dime. Taco's are so small. Mainly the breakfast. I can go to Burger King or Jack -n- The Box get a nicd size breakfast burrito.

I arrived, after placing my order online for this location, with little time to spare. I am a teacher and only had a limited time frame to return to my school for the food to be eaten by my students during their lunch hour. When I arrived, the location had not received my order through the online service. So, it was not ready and I was worried if they would be able to get it in and right. They handled it VERY Professionally. Apologized, even though it really was not their fault, and were able to fulfill my order very quickly. The manager personally made sure the order was completed correctly. When I arrived at school, everything was as promised and 20 students were able to eat and get to their next class on time! I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and care they staff took to make sure all was made right. Thank you.

This place used to be great but it has gone so far down hill I don't think I'll ever stop here again.

I love this place. Usually the amount of food for the price is a real value. Flavors are excellent too. Today the chicken was dry and a bit skimpy in the serving amout. The chips were mostly crumbs. Hard to dip tiny pieces into queso or salsa. I could have had those thing corrected but I shouldn't have to. I'll come back.

My order was incorrect, and the morning manager (I cant remember her name) went out her way to accomodate me. She was so kind.
