Taco Cabana, San Antonio TX

Horrible service. 20 minutes for a quesadilla. Workers smell like they've been drinking the shots themselves.

Taco. This is honestly the worst taco cabana, the food is always gross, Workers are always slow & rude. I don’t know why I keep coming back. Actually let me say that in the morning when the older people are working food is great! Customers service is great it’s the young workers I alway have problems with!

The manager and staff would walk away from the front counter whenever I would walk up, I literally had to wait 30 minutes for my drink and eventually just cancelled my drink order and ended up ordering Nacho's the Nacho's were made with ground beef and I swear there was more grease than cheese sauce on the Nacho's they were dripping with grease yuk

Beans were dry and burned they took really long and when we asked for salsa she rolled her eyes and grunts. If you don't like to serve customers then your in the wrong job.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. Trash was piled high and falling out of the bins. Tables were full of trash since trash bins were full. Floors were sticky with spilt drinks and food. The area that has the cold condiments was very dirty, hot sauces were poured amongst each other, in the limes were spilt jalapenos. Workers hygiene and dress was very poorly. I would not recommend this location at all.

I ordered at the intercom, waited 15 minutes behind the customer ahead of me, and when I got to the window, they didn't even have my order. She had to take my order again, and I had to sit while they made my order. The line behind me was long while we waited. Service was EXTREMELY slow. My order was not made the way I asked. Nacho chips were stale.very shady on fajita meat and nacho cheese. My kids' nachos were basically an order of stale chips only. I was highly disappointed with the entire experience at this particular restaurant.

After 2 visits to this location they couldn't get our orders right. Last trip we ordered 3 large quesadillas and they gave us 3 smalls. The staff was rude and not helpful.

Ordered the steak street tacos, were sub par, the nachos tasted very bad, the beef along with the cheese had a bad after taste, the cashier had an attitude also, first and last time visiting this chain

We went around 9: 15 on a Sunday evening. We waited probably 5 minutes to order and another 20 to get our food. The food was decent at best. The queso was no where near hot and the chips were gross. They were incredibly under staffed and I will NOT be back to this location.

This is the wprst tc i ever visited. Had to stand and wait 20 min at the cash register before anyone ever spoke or acknowledged we wanted to order!

First of all this place is always suuuper slow even when no one is there! Second the chick who took our order was RUDE, GHETTO and gave us smart remarks when we tried ordering. Saw staff with NO GLOVES handling food after touching their faces, headsets, hair etc. I personally saw them heating up all food in the mircowave which was dirty. Last time we ever come here!

Worst service ever missing the main course after they called my number had to wait 45 min before they called my number then another additional 30 waiting for them to get the order ready.

Drive thru is horrible, not very polite at all.
Need to hire people who responds politely greets customers and say " thank you" and " your welcome".

Very dirty environment bad customer service the tables and floors was dirty and the windows are dirty and the bathrooms was dirty

It was the worse service ever. I ordered a dinner for the family and the manager took my to go order. She asked me twice of the order. I gave them 22 minutes to make my order. I gave up went inside and got my refund. They never started to make the orders. Everyone that was in line I felt bad for because the food was not getting made. I have never gone thru an experience like this before. I feel bad for the owner of the place.

I really love the steak fajita cabana bowl, and family loves sharing the chips and queso along with their choice if meal.

Came here to buy simple personalized nachos. Drove through the drive thru window. Took them more than an hour just to bring out my food and that with barely any customers on a sunday! Never coming back here again. This place should close down.

Didn't have a good experience at this location. Bad service and food and a very long wait while no customers at the restaurant.

Great food, fast service, live the steak and egg breakfast taco. The chicken flautas are amazing, crispy and chicken is juicy not dry.

Food was good, but had to explain at least 5 times what i was ordering, which was menu items. And when i opened my order.i had fresh jalapeno slices.not roasted as ordered.
