Food is great. I have been inside but find it much friendlier to go through the drive-through.

I will not be supporting this locationg anymore. They treat their employees unfairly and break child labor laws. Please treat your employees better. You can't fire special needs children and not treat your employees with respect, kindness. The leadership ar this resturant is terrible. Managers hold a standard they dont even follow themselves. It's wrong! Wrong. I say we all boycott this location!

Where's the BEEF! This Casa is at the low end of sucking! Should of went to McDonald's! No more!

Food is consistent.
Drive thru has speed up and the line moves smoother now.
Had a larger order and had no issues with any items.

Food is good, but maybe consider having the lobby open for people in work vehicles that are not permitted to go through the drive thru. Didn't get to eat there tonight because it must be forbidden for people to do a little extra work these days. Closing the lobby seems like a cop-out to be lazy.

Seems like the prices are getting higher and the portions are getting smaller. Got a meat burrito to go. When I started eating it, I ate half of it before I got anything but tortilla.

I don't know what they've done but this store is the bomb! The drive thru guy is amazing! Friendly and fast! The food portions are awesome and taste great. Whatever happened, keep it up!

It's Taco Casa so we know this to not be gourmet food. It was my first time and was somewhat surprised by the limited menu selections however that can be a good thing. Not busy when I arrived so ordering and receiving my food was all done rather quickly. I had the taco salad and let's just say it was interesting. Not so much meat but a meat slurry. Cheese, cheese and more cheese. I love cheese but it was just too much. The big surprise was how tasty the packaged salsa was. Four stars for polite, efficient employees and folks, they have the good ice here! It began to get busy while I was there, so it does have it's fans.

Update: on May 18,2022 i changed my 3 stars to 5. Today i visited Decatur's Taco Casa. I went inside because i needed to use their restroom, which was very clean. Plus, i wanted to take a peek at the menu without the pressure of the drive through. The lady who took my order was super helpful and sweet. She had a warm, friendly personality, and a fantastic sense of humor, but it was her patience that won me over. I've never really had a bad meal from any Taco Casa, but it makes for an even better experience when the service is on point.

I really felt like a young female not-funny Steven Wright took my order. Yeah, she seemed to be able to keep up with it all, but she couldn't be any less enthused about taking orders. Three stars because the food is still yummy!

Great stop for a quick bite to eat, stopped in 3-17-22 for lunch sign says theres a shortage of taco sauce.lmao no one else has this issue

Friendly staff. Clean facility. If Mexican food is too spicy for you, this could be a place to try. The tacos fixins were fresh. I prefer more seasoning on my beef. The guacamole came in a factory sealed container. Taco Casa is good at what it does.

Had the worst nachos I've ever had at this Taco Casa. They must have put mine and my wife's together and let it sit there for at least 10 minutes. Everything was soggy. I wish I would have said something but I was to tired and hungry to from a volleyball tournament. Guess we will stick to tacos if we ever go to this one again.

Donald taking orders at the drive through was a breathe of fresh air! Attentive and and anticipating every customers needs. You can always tell when someone is putting forth effort in what they’re doing, and it always makes a difference!

Great friendly workers always trying too keep up the good vibes very professional and know their rolls at making this the go too spot too share a laugh or see the staff do things alittle different then any other fast food establishment the employees are very kind and caring as long as you catch them on a good so at or bad day the customer is always right period that's the best thing about this place bc even if the customer is wrong their still right regardless and that's the way I believe any business should be like really well done situations just can't be avoided and sometimes the customer is actually wrong or you figure out that your wrong which has happened a few times itself no one is a saint anyways this place is top notch always clean and sanitized floors are kept cleaned and scrubbed dishes are not just sitting on the floor there actually getting done fairly easy once you get a rhythm down to doing then they go by pretty quickly. Anyways I was giving a review and got carried away my apologies but as a fast food establishment this is a very lively place with lots of good times and the staff is just amazing if you ever have any problems the person you wanna see and talk too is misty she's the general manager of the place ken is the owners name very very nice people caring and very kind and are doing an amazing job at keeping this place going I hope in the near future they expand alittle or figure out a different way too place everything. In order too look fresh and in a different way.

Great fresh food the customer service is always wonderful and they keep the place clean at all times. I know because I was a manager at this location before.

This place only gets three stars on account it’s a taco casa. I love it! However, I can’t stand this location. Slow service, employees who hate their job, inconsistent food. I waited roughly 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence at the drive up. I said “hello” 5 times and no response. I was the only one in line. When she did respond it was like I was interrupting her. Re education of staff seems appropriate.
