Taco Casa, Forest Hill TX

The meat on my tacos was lukewarm and my sweet tea was watered down. Not worth the $7 and some change I spent. Maybe I went too late since it was after 8 pm. Usually the food is always good, fresh and hot and the tea is always delicious at other locations.

Great place to eat at food is always fresh, hott and delicious. Staff very professional

My favorite thing to get at Taco Casa is the sweet tea! Food prep quality is inconsistent - sometimes it looks as though a blind person without hands put the order together ;)

Rude kids working there huffing and puffing while I’m ordering my food then as soon as I pay drops my food out the drive thru window. At this point I told her I don’t want nothing never going back to this place.

The employees were short staffed and still pumped out orders faster than most fast food places with more workers. The food was hot and fresh. Great job to the employees.

I recently went to our local Taco Casa in Wichita Falls and ordered 2 tacos and a tostada. I could believe how high the prices were and even worse there was barely anything in the tacos except cheese. I understand inflation is going on right now but at least give a decent product for the price! Very disappointing and won't be going back

Clean, excellent service, fresh crunchy tacos! We have been here for over 10 years and it still is 5 stars!

There was a lot of standing around at the drive thru window yesterday. No line in the drive thru, sloppy soggy tortillas wrapped around our burritos. Had to hand my card to the drive thru girl after she gave me my food. I could've drove off without paying.

The food tasted fine but my order was completely wrong. I don't plan to stop at this taco casa again.

Food came out quick. Still was warm once reached home.thanks to the lady at the front counter she deserves a nice lunch break

As an employee of Taco Casa I can clearly see why this location is hiring. Or maybe our location is the only one that goes above and beyond for our customers. I'll never come to this location again. Drive through needs nice people. I was doing a lunch run for people working and got the text before I got to the window for another person, so I asked to add 2 soft tacos. She said we don't take orders at the window. I asked what the difference was between our locations we do this EVERY DAY! She said; because this is Fort Worth. Very poor attitude. And the food was barley there. Not even enough meat in the cup to cover the bottom of the cup. Not worth it! Never again

It's cleaner than before and service is a lot faster. Customer service was pleasant not overly bubbly

Place is a joke.
I’ve came here a few times they seem to always mess up my order. So today I checked my order before I left the drive-through. I asked her for a glass of ice. She charge me a dollar for the ice, I was $. 20 shy of what the total was. And instead of her saying, hey Sir, don’t worry about it. She made me pay with my charge card. Horrible customer service. And then when I told the young woman at the window that my order was incorrect. Did you speak to the manager. The managers look like she was 16 years old. Smiled and laughed at me because of what I was telling customer service her name was Iris. Very very horrible. Customer service will not be back to this place. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

Furthermore. I will be contacting the health department. Since Iris had fingernails that were at least 4 inches long, peeling and chipping away.
