Taco Factory, Princeton TX

Gross food. Rude employee was working there last time I came in. Carne asada and birria are super bland like they were just boiled in water with a tiny bit of salt. Taco salad is disgusting as well. They use old tortillas. I will not be returning.

The best taco place in Princeton. Would highly recommend eating here. Staff and owner are super nice.

Cute location love the atmosphere. Let me say that being from California and moving to Texas finding good tacos are hard but i found my spot.
Tacos I tried a taco de Tripa and it was so good they even ask if you want the extra fried or soft I like them crunchy sooo good
I also got chilaquiles en salsa verde so good! It was definitely not Tex mex. But felt like home made Mexican food!
Will definitely return

This is the best mucho grande burrito and everyone is super friendly and accommodating I rate this place high for being consistent with my food!

Ever since my first chimichanga I've been hooked on this place. Food is great and now I've added the Mexicana to my menu. I'm certain my list will grow

Nothing to complain here, handle with care by the owners and authentic tacos, don't let the name deceive you THEY ARE REAL TACOS.

I’ve been going here for awhile because this is more authentic Mexican food and it has been the best food I’ve tasted in Princeton I really recommend the chilaquiles, tacos, kids meals, menudo, pozole and I’m pretty sure the rest is as good as well and I will most likely be coming back again soon. There customer service is very excellent. Es una restaurante con comida muy deliciosa! Y comida al mexicana 100%. Si buscan algo así aquí es la restaurante para usted.

My boyfriend and i go here at least one a month for our date night.he gets the same thing each time.all the workers there are so nice and always have a laugh talking to them.tvs always on good channels and amazing!

Ordered a big delivery meal with bean and cheese tacos, except the Bean and cheese tacos had Maybe three total beans per taco lol. They said they had to ration the beans in order to have enough for others. I will upload the pictures if i can. Very disappointing.

Amazing food every time.

My favorites are the chimichangas, chips and salsa. The salsa almost taste like doritos- I'm not joking. Sooo good. Have never been dissatisfied or disappointed. Bathrooms and the general seating area is always kept clean. Keep up the great work guys!

My food here was OK. BUT you have to order chips n salsa extra if you want with your meal.

I've tried a couple of things from their menu. Some I was very disappointed. Sopes are very small and expensive. Chilaquiles are very dry and they give you a small portion. They advertise their burrito as a "monster burrito" but it's so small. When you order pozole to go they rip you off. They hardly give you meat and hominy, it's more caldo (soup) for 13 bucks that's ridiculous, and the toppings they give you to add is more for menudo. They don't give you onions, repollo, nor rabanos, nor tostadas. Tortas are pretty good but the fries aren't.

Food was horrible. Sopapillas were so overcooked I couldn't even eat them. Waste of 8 bucks. Guac was 8 dollars for 3 tbsp and the birria taco was flavorless. Waste of money and won't be going back. For how much they charge you think it would be better

They served me food with FREAKING BUGS in it! Didn’t apologize just hide in the back do not go here with cockroaches in food that means there is way more nasty things behind the scenes I’m absolutely disgusted they were totally unprofessional and didn’t even apologize or try to make it right DO NOT EAT HEREEE! BUGS

This place is a must. Street tacos are by far my favorite. Get extra ground beef and cheese to just make yourself happy. I also need to mention the taco dip. Make sure to order it and drizzle on the tacos.

Food is really expensive. The kids quesdadilla is literally half a quesadilla and fries for $7. Not worth it all all. 5 yr old was still starving.
Just not that good. Guacamole was eh.
