Taco Villa reviews
13This is the slowest taco villa ever! I thought maybe it was just a one off but then continue to take forever each time.
Good food at this location too. Very friendly staff. Fast service. Location has been there for a long time.
Got lunch today. The chicken, rice burrito was cold l. Taco shell and Tortilla Chips were stale
Food was good, but I went through the drive through, and the lady taking the order was rushed. The lady at the window was also in too big of a hurry. She actually threw my change in the bag with my food. There were loose coins in my Guadalajara. Grrrr! Seriously. I threw it away. That was very unsanitary and it pissed me off. I also had to go around and go inside because my order was wrong. The man inside was very nice though, and he got what I ordered for me. Those other two ladies.need to slow down and quit rushing people, and never ever throw money in the sack with the food. I couldn't believe she did that. How stupid! That is reason for a 2 star review.
I ordered 2 tacos and a quesadilla. The order took a long time. The tacos tasted like they were made from canned chili. The tortillas on the quesadilla were burned and the cheese tasted like Velveeta and had spread over the paper it was wrapped in. It's only a short walk from where I live and I will never eat food from there again.
Estella was so friendly when she took my order at the drive through. When I got to the window she looked at me and smiled. This behavior is so uncommon at many fast food establishments.
This is the Villa closest to my house, but I avoid it at all costs. I've always had bad customer service at this location. I would much rather drive a bit further to a different Villa.
Please had always been great except for this last past saturday. It took forever to get our meal. Pretty much everybody was going up to The counter to ask where their food was. The employees were screaming at the top of their lungs the whole time that we were there even when I was trying 2order. The menu read medium and large on an item and it seemed The lady got an attitude whenever my wife ordered a large she said there's only one size. The menu stated otherwise. This was the very first time ever that I had a bad experience at a taco villa.there combos have turned into almost nothing and they keep getting more expensive.
Burrito Monday used to be good before COVID
Now the prices went up and the quality and amount has gone way down. Please fix this
I love this Taco Villa. They carry my favorite drink, Vitamin water zero acai pomegranate blueberry water. Their staff is friendly. They get customers in and out.
The one in 19th they had no bacon and had a wait. Then I went to this location, and they had me gone in 5 min.food was 9/10 yummy!
Ordered 2 breakfast burritos.eggs with bacon. Asked for NO RED SAUCE. The young lady says its going to be a five minute wait we have to make the bacon. Is that ok? I said yes. Just make sure there is NO RED SAUCE. So guess what I received after a 10 minute wait for 2 breakfast burritos? 2 breakfast burritos WITH RED SAUCE. FOR 12 Dollars that was including the drink I ordered. So I paid 12 dollars for a drink because I was unable to eat the burritos!
Food was good, but I don't think its ok to make me pull around front and wait 13 minutes this morning for two bacon egg and cheese burritos with no red sauce
