Sunday Night crew No Good Service All On there Phones not paying attention to Customers long wait for the food and only 4 partners eating

Had been there before when they were in the smaller location.food was great. Service was fast and accurate to my order. However since they moved locations it has been a let down. I went in this last time and there were maybe 8 tables with customers max. We walk in and sit down. After a while 2 other parties walk-in and sit down in their respective tables. The waitress that was obviously distracted waited on these newer parties and took full orders before even acknowledging us ar our table. Decided to walk out. Honestly prob won't be returning any time soon. All because of the service. If ur don't mind being skipped over then by all means it might be the place for u.

I hurt my back walking out of the store. Watch your step. Tacolandia this isn’t the first time it’s happen to someone. Next time it will be a lawsuit. Fix your handicap ramp so is handicap people don’t get more injured than what we are! My spine hurts now

So delicious! Excellent service and very clean. We had the fajita quesadilla and the gorditas de fajita y de pollo. Los frijoles we're like moms!

Terrible place not recommended, terrible service from waiters, spoiled sauce and shredded meat, delay in orders, they do not apologize nor do they treat customers kindly, never ever.

I can’t complain. It’s exactly what I expected when I wanted taquitos. Place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The taquitos were excellent. You can top your taquitos with cilantro and grilled onions, and the combos come with a Mexican baked potato and Charro beans. The service was very good. We got everything we needed. We had a surprise visit by a mariachi band, so it felt like a little party on a Wednesday afternoon.

Food was good but took too long too come out I understand it was a busy night that day but I did not like it that everyone that had a michelada in a Glass Cup except Me mine was in plastic And I had a American Flag on My cap hope they did not discriminate me

Went twice in two weeks. Food was alright and customer service sucked.
First time I thought it was just the lady, but next time we went we got a different server and he was even worse. Very rude when he was taking our order. He sent other waitress to send our food and no one checked on us after that.

Of course he checked on the table next to us with girls multiple times and even brought them the machine to to pay while we had to go to the counter to pay.

My family and I were excited to try this new place out and support a new taco business. However we were very disappointed, the beans were cold and the tacos were also cold not even warmed. The tortillas were hard and very greasy. First and last time we come here. I do recommend “Los Primos Saga” in Weslaco those have been the best tacos I’ve tried so far!

1st time there. Drove from Brownsville, we should have walked out the minute we walked in. The floor was dirty, the tables weren’t any cleaner. Does anybody bother to clean the chair anymore? Tripas were Chewy and not very clean if you know what I mean. The bistec was tough n hard and too expensive. It’s a sad day in the valley when Mexican Restaurant can’t cook tacos. On the hand, the building is big n the sign is very nice. It can be seen from the expressway. Probably never going back…

Average food and absolutely horrible service. You can go to other taquerias who will better serve and attend you. Our waiter had a horrible attitude, rushed our order, told my dad “espérate” when he asked what kind of meat they have… everyone just seemed as though they did not want to be there. Would not recommend.

Went on Sunday 10-8-2023 after 6 pm. Worst customer service, came in sat down and wasn't sure if someone would take our order or if we had to order at the counter. No one was there to greet as we came in. Waitress finally came out took our order and we never sees her again. The lady from the kitchen that brought our food had to ask what our drinks were so she could bring them. No napkins had to get them from another table. Over priced food that wasn't that good and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommended this place.

At the new tacolandia they give you a menu with no prices listed and then the cashier tries to charge you double what you ordered forgot about this restaurant and boycott it

Terrible service starting with a guy who is always there as a cashier and has his money and not only that, he serves you with his money
Second, I asked for an order at 10pm and they told me that it would be there in 30 minutes and I started at just 10: 30 since my house is 10 minutes away and when it arrived it arrived at 10: 43 and it arrived and they are closing me saying that It was already closed and the order had already been thrown out because it had already been there for an hour and a half which was a lie. Now when I spoke I had asked that they closed that time and a girl told me that at just 11 not only that when you get in Google still showed that it was open and that they closed at 11,15 minutes very good to wait for people who ordered late. Improve the service and not only that, also the staff.

New place in Mercedes, very spacious, good food and service, very affordable prices, highly recommended

I read the recent reviews and I went to the new place TWICE and have had a great experience both times. The food was hot and fresh. The beans needs some salt but overall idk give it a 4/5. It was a little busy but they did keep up. We went at noon and had a breakfast plate and the carne guisada plate. The carne guisada is made with Chile guajillo so it’s not tex mex like the carne guisada we are used to. The tacos are good but greasy so if you don’t like that let them know no oil on the tortilla. If you go to a busy restaurant, then expect to wait, that’s how it is but we were in and out in an hr. It’s not fast food. The breakfast had the bacon in the egg which now I will ask for them separately but I don’t know if that’s an option.
