Tacos Y Empalmes Allende, Grand Prairie TX

I had come here a couple of tines make it 4 times, I had called to Order a Hamburger, and they said they didn't have a Hamburger how it was ordered that it only came with ham, like I ordered a Hamburger last night and it came with meat, so didn't make any sence. And then asked if they had corn, and say they didn't sell it. But on the menu it has Elote by the drive thru. So clearly the lady didn't want to work. And then all of a sudden they pass me to a guy, I asked if there was something wrong that the phone was just passed to some one else. But clearly he said bc she is a cashier and she got busy. But from customer experience or any where, at least day you are going to pass the phone to someone not obly do that without saying, clearly she does not want to work. Just wants to be lazy. Didn't end up ordering nothin. So I am here waiting for my food at Estilo Chilango 10 minutes aways. And only 2 people working here. And she was cooking food and was able to attend me well. I checked the starts first. And it has way better ratings then going to here. DO NOT EVEN bother coming here. Or a call!

Honestly, not what I was expecting for what I got charged $20 for this, no way, food was alright, not the best

First time here. The food is so good I love the red salsa they have here. The food came out fast nice hot and fresh. The lady there was super nice and helpful. She even brought me my plate and clean up after everyone and salsa bottles to give me. I will come back again for sure.

I used the drive through. But Tacos were off the chain. Well definitely be added to my favorites.

They take for ever to bring out the order.
I order only 3 trompo tacos and waited in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes.

Just because the food is very good, but the service and organization is terrible, you can spend 10 minutes standing in the Drive thru and they are not going to tell you that they will serve you in a moment, the same if you enter, I think they need a good Manager.

I see it less and less, I hope they make changes soon.

Food took to long to come out the way it was. We ordered the carne asada fries and we got was basically carna asada with mash potatoes. It didn't have any flavor at all. Along with the torta we ordered. All of it was chewy and tough. We waited a good amount of time for something so mediocre it just isn't worth it. Never coming back.

Food was definitely not what was shown on the menu. First and last time coming here that's for sure. Was so excited only to be let down.

Great Food. We went late at night and it took a bit to get the food, but it was worth it. Empalmes, nachos, and texmex fries were all really good. Staff was nice at the drive thru window too.

Don’t go during your lunch time through the drive thru because they tend to the people inside first no matter if you’re waiting. There’s only one person cooking and one cashier. You can’t be helped.

The worst place to eat, bad service, they took a long time because the cashier forgot to pass Tibet. We drove an hour to come here and the worst experience like this I do not recommend them

I paid $25 dollars for 2 menudos to receive the worst service of this place! I asked the lady if the menudo is cooked and ready and her answer was we have more people before u, and asked me to move aside. I don’t recommend this place worst costumer service ever!

I went to eat at that place on Friday, it smells bad, the cook wears a hat and only wears a cap, no hair net, the fresh waters are bad, expensive and the sauces are nothing to do with it. I'm still sick to my stomach. I do not recommend it.
