The entire experience was good. The staff, nurse and doctor were great at their jobs. Everything was explained before it was done and not painful. Dr. Ali made sure I understood what was going to happen and made sure that I was comfortable. I really appreciate this Doctor and his team.

I went to Dr. Ali for a second opinion for sudden hearing loss. I’m glad I did!
He is relevant in his treatment plans and took time to explain the answers to the what and why questions I had.
Be aware if you experience sudden hearing loss, you need to begin treatment within 2-4 weeks of onset.

Dr. Ali and his staff were thorough in examining me. Explanations were given to me about every aspect of the precedures done and about my prognosis. Dr. Ali was recommended to me by my primary care physician (an internist.) I trust Dr. Ali with my healthcare without reservation.

Well, run, personable personnel Dr. Ali was efficient and I was in an out for an air cleaning in less than 10 minutes of his time plus approximately 15 minutes waiting time
