Staff is very accommodating. They are polite and truly want to help. They are not like other doctors who just want to rush you in and out. They really want to make sure you are ok. They even follow up with a text or phone call.

Nichole has been a Tremendous help for our families many needs! Her Immediate response and attention to referrals, lab requests, imaging and in person, phone and tele-visits. I've just been a member for one month, however the service I've received so far is excellent! Nicole spent over 1 1/2 hrs with me on my initial visit. I had an occasion where I need to talk to them about a medical condition and I was called within a few minutes- we talked and I explained what was going on and an Rx was called in right away.

Great place, Nicole is amazing. They go above and beyond. They are extremely good at getting back to you quickly if you have questions.

So grateful to have found Tailored MD. My husband and teen have been patients for about a month now, after being referred to them by our adult son (our grandbaby is also a patient). My husband just retired from the Air Force and after 30 years of having little control over his medical care Tailored MD is a breath of fresh air for him. Our teenager is generally a healthy kid but has a low immune system and tends to catch everything, so the ease of access to care we get with Tailored MD is a stress reducer for me. In one month of being their patients we have already had two urgent care situations where Tailored MD was there for us: when my grandbaby woke up with dried blood all over her ear on a weekend when we were in Florida and then again when my teen had bacterial pink eye. Dr Wes and this facility are Heros as Dr Wes the only Dr I've seen whom cared enough to help determine what this "bump" is on the back of my skull. He has stepped up when others have not and I will always value him as a DR.

Oh oh, where do I start? ! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE TAILORED MD! My husband sees Dr. Wes and NP Nichole Graeber and could not be happier. We first heard about Tailored MD a few months back and were surprised to find out just how much can be done without insurance. My husband had been putting off health care for years because we just could not afford insurance for him. Thanks to the doctors and staff at Tailored MD, my husband is on the way to perfect health. He recently had labs done and had some “out of the ordinary” findings. Instead of pushing meds, the doctors gave him dietary health advice to try for first. We’ve never received this kind of care and compassion. After taking the advice and making changes, my husband is feeling better than ever. Not only is he down 30 lbs but he’s also feeling great. Thank you Tailored MD-for the amazing service but also for giving my husband his peace of mind back. We are customers/patients for life!

Fantastic clinic. Unbelievably good communication and response time if you have questions or need something. You actually feel like they are there to serve you, which I think is largely lost now a days in healthcare. I HIGHLY recommend them.

This place is wonderful! Not a tall building where you get lost. You have plenty parking space right in front of the door. When you walk inside you’re immediately greeted, followed by no wait time. All staff is friendly and courteous. They actually smile as opposed to other places. The environment is inviting, relaxing and quiet. My experience with the nurse practitioner was amazing. She was very attentive, and listened to everything I had to say. She also came up with a plan to help me get started on my way back to health. The one thing thing that blew me away was the personal number of the practioner. I’ve only needed to text her and the response time is incredible on the same day. You don’t get that kind of attention elsewhere. Appointments are within short days from when you call. I don’t dread going to the doctor anymore, I actually look forward to my visit every time. I feel welcomed and comfortable. Love it there so much!

Dr. Wes and his team are exceptional. He is attentive and responsive and certainly a phenomenal doctor. Direct primary care is an innovative model that differs significantly from gaudy concierge practices that enable lucrative insurers.
