Tajin Mexican Café reviews
9Great looking place, with a great looking building and logo I had to try it. Ordered the Beef Torta and was most impressed by the bread they were using. Reminded me more of an Italian style bread more than a Bolio. I loved it!
Used to love this place and ordered all the time, but now everytime i order something's wrong.i got small fries instead of large once.i didn't get any fries when i ordered another time.the burrito's being sloppily put together.now this time there's a handful of jalapeños in my burritos without me asking for them and it burnt my tongue.i nearly let my little brother have a taste until i opened the burrito to it being there more than the beans.waste of money and im not ordering from this place anymore
Great place for amazing food. Inexpensive and what a variety! You can get everything from tortas to tacos, to breakfast, to meat bowls with beans, rice, and your meat of choice. My favorite is the al pastor beef in a meat bowl. Super good! And just the right size to not overfill me. Be sure to note: they close at 5pm, so don't get disappointed and come for dinner at 5: 10 like we did one night.
I gave it only 3 stars for food only because I tried their chicken bowl, which was stated the chicken was grilled unfortunately that was NOT the case the chicken looked like they put it in a blender to get it minced. It's definitely not worth the money I paid for it. Will I go back? Yes, because I know they do have some good items. Will I ever buy that particular item again? NOPE.
Good food. We mostly go for breakfast. American standard breakfasts are available as well as Mexican inspired dishes.
I am all about supporting local businesses but the menu/branding is misleading. I had the "Veggie Taco" and nowhere the description mentioned beans in it. It comes with beans and upon asking they mention that they cook them in pork fat/lard. They shouldn't add that to vegetarian items especially since a lot of people, like myself are vegetarian for religious reasons.
I had to send back the taco. They make me a new one with LITRELLY 2 pieces of mushrooms on it and they apparently removed the avocado and jalapeño peppers I paid extra for. Had to send it back the 2nd time.
Unfortunately I won't be back here.
Good size for the price. Very clean and bright. Polite and helpful staff. And breakfast all day. Yep! My kind of place.
Nop definitely not worth it I don’t understand the good reviews this place is completely bad, for starters they overcharged me, then they wouldn’t give me my change on top the torta is just nasty they advertise one thing and they don’t even get it close, to me this is not $15 worth next time im just going to mcdonals at this point and quality
