Staff was friendly.

However, the car wash was not worth 10 bucks. When I got home the car was still dirty and I had to wash it by hand to get all the dirt off. Would not recommend

They did a fabulous job with great attention to detail
Zack did a great job explaining the monthly packages it’s definitely the way to go if you wash your car at least twice a month

Love love love the wash the only negative thing I have to say is sometimes the guys that work there very "slacky" act like they dt want to be there and dt always give a good prewash per se. I know no one really wants to be at work but if your going to show up then do your job.

One of the best places to get a car wash. The staff is super friendly and service is top notch. It is always clean and my car comes out. Nice and shiny. Kiddos to Zackary Stroebert. He is one of the nicest employees and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good visit.

This car wash is excellent! I've used them since they opened. They're very helpful and polite. I love the whole atmosphere there.

Despite multiple attempts to cancel the monthly subscription via website, email, and phone call (and even asking the attendant when I was there in person), they continue to charge my card the full $39.99 per month. This has happened for three months and I am working with the credit card company to have the charges reversed and any further charges blocked. I hope this review prevents another trusting client from subscribing to their monthly auto renew plans.

It doesn't clean very well and and the guys don't scrub before you enter, leaves soap all over the vehicle and the some of the vacuums barely work, needs improvement very badly

If car not clean first time, they allow you to go back for another wash. They had window and interior cleaner with microfiber rags to clean your vehicle, as well as long vacuum hose that is included in wash fee. The vacuum could use a little more suction in Lebanon TN. The staff was friendly. One heard I had water damage from window and son roofs left open during a 5 hour rain. He gave me an air freshener.

Amazing service very attentive, over all just truly amazing. I know I can always drive off the with a sparkling clean car with my new fast pass.

Wasn't what I payed for My wheels was still dirty and No Tire Shine at all And didn't remove the bugs and had a residue left I payed $25

They did a wonderful job and the best part of it all was the Windex and other stuff that you can use for the inside of you car that most car washes don’t have.

The Attendant was very nice it half cleaned my wheels and didn't get the bugs off I payed for the bug removal It didn't rinse it good either I payed for the $25 car wash and it didn't even put the shine on the wheels Nor did it even clean them

Met some of the management team and they are very professional. Most of these type of car washes don’t clean the tailgate of my truck very well. This location is an exception!

Staff is always friendly & helpful. Alan is usually there in the mornings when im using the car wash. Very nice staff person.

I use several locations around town and this was the best experience I’ve had at one. I really appreciated Ken’s enthusiasm.

Being greeted by Alan, who has worked at this location for the past four years, and through several different ownerships is the start of a great experience. Alan, along with other staff, including the manager makes the Take 5 experience at the Lebanon Main Street location a pleasant experience. Furthermore, Take 5 has replaced the preexisting ownership equipment with newer, more reliable equipment that I have found does a better job of getting my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 clean. My only complaint is that the rinse could do slightly better on my windows, but this could be attributed to the wind guards placed on my truck. In addition, Take 5 provides quality vacuums, and a cart with added cleaning supplies for interior detailing such as upholstery cleaner and window cleaner, along with towels. The price is very reasonable, especially as we have a multivehicle discount. Furthermore, there are numerous locations, and the business is adding to them monthly which makes it convenient when you are on the road, or out and about. As for my location, the staff deserve a five star, while the final rinse is why I give it a four-star, although this is not a major issue as far as I’m concerned.

Alan is great! He’s always so friendly to me and truly makes the car wash experience personal. He goes out of his way to come ask how my day has been, etc. And he is always on the move for ensuring quality at your business. You guys have a great one in Alan!

This place always does right by me and my vehicles. Alan is a welcome and friendly figure at this location that keeps us coming back. Thanks for being awesome, y'all.

Alan is doing a fantastic job at the Take5 wash on West Main St. Always so great to see his smiling face when I stop in.
