Madison was so sweet and helpful and sweet. She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed.

She multitasked well from check in to check out. Amazing staff

Pulled in, tried to get the normal $16 car wash. I was pushed the monthly membership so hard, I ended up saying no thank you one last time and backed out. I said no thank you probably 5 times and that I just wanted a car wash. I'll never be back to this location. Pushy and does not take no for an answer.

Highly dissapointed…came to wash the car & it seemed as if the dryer wasn’t working. My whole windshield didn’t get dried firstly. Then I tried to vacuum my car out & it wouldn’t suck anything … I feel like the price and the quality is no where near what it should be.

My attendant was Madison she was very polite and helpful in explaining the process and then choosing the best plan for me to sign up with.

Madison is amazing! Perfect employee and is the reason i have my membership! She deserves recognition!

Best car wash chain in the Golden Triangle. Nathan (Supervisor) was great and very helpful (I think he's at Beaumont now). Great price, and service. I clean my truck quickly all the time. I love the window spray, interior cleaner, and rags they offer. They are far superior to the rest of the competition.

I have had a subscription to Boogies for about 2 years. During Love Bug season, they even scrub the front of your car, if needed. I drive on Hwy 73 daily, so most of the time, my car is covered in bugs. But only until I get to Boogies on Hwy 365.

Edit: Recently, Take 5 Car Wash has stopped scrubbing the windshield. They still scrub the grill and the back. Also, one of the scrubbers in the car wash tunnel no longer moves your vehicle, just passes under the "hanging black cloths. " So my windshield is still dirty after the car wash. There is a place to scrub your own car before going through the car wash. I do not want to wash my car, that is why I pay the monthly fee at Take 5.

They are still "scrubbing" the back of the car, but it is still dirty after driving through the car wash. They used to do a better job of that. This is not acceptable for $34.99 per month. I think I am going to try another car wash.

Take 5 Car wash is no doubt convenient but even better when the customer service is amazing. Madison is very friendly and I absolutely loved her attitude and professionalism toward the customers. She’s great! I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends! Thank you Madison?
