I drove away from Jiffy Lube after the manager was so rude to me. I went here and the guys were so friendly and helpful. I got a really good deal. My first stop from now on

Customer service was not great and the service to my car was barely done. They did good to change the oil, which is good. But when I asked for them to check my tires they gave me an excuse about the compressor having water in it. I asked to get the air checked any way and they didnt do it. All the boxes were checked on my receipt but they did none. First time this chain disappointed in performance.

Oil change was ok. Inspection of car they failed me because they told me that the one of the wiper blade is torn, They changed both and charged me 28 dollars.not a good place for inspection.they are ready with packets of wiper blades to catch you to change it.you can see the packets when you wait for oil change.so you go for inspection, keep money ready for wiper blade change

Super quick, friendly service from everyone, and no one tried to upsell me stuff I didn’t need or more expensive oil like other places when my type of car doesn’t need it. The inspection was also super quick. Once my car was in there it took less than 10 minutes. As long as I live here, I won’t go anywhere else for my oil/inspections:). Thanks Take 5!

Got there around 9: 40AM and was in and out within 10 minutes for a state inspection on my car. They were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Definitely will be going back for other services in the future!

The staff was not only incredibly speedy (in and out in less than 10 minutes for a state inspection, including paying and everything), they were very nice and offered my kids a juice box and gummy snacks, as well as a bottled water for myself, as soon as we got there. Way above and beyond and I just don't know the last time I had this good of service anywhere. All for an inspection that cost less than $10!

Great customer experience, have been coming here for years even with the name change one person here always takes care of my cars. The manager max is awesome the only reason I come to this particular shop.

Went to the take 5 in helotes! Greeted by a mechanic named Jon who was super friendly. Two mechanics Tony and Amber who were also super friendly and fast. Was out in less than 20mins.

Just went here for an inspection and they told me my tires wouldn't pass. I got them 6 months ago and they have less than 2,000 mi on them. They took advantage of me cuz I'm a woman.

Car was damaged. Filed a claim. I was told that the manager would call me within a couple of days. Still no call after 1 week. I don't recommend this place. Not sure If I'll get a call because the place appears to be shut down.

UPDATE: This issue was resolved. Of course I had to reach out to their corporate office to get things rolling. THANKS to the crew at the 281 & Bitters location for fixing the car. I changed rating from 1 to 3 stars simply because I'm the one that had to reach out to them and not the other way around.

Excellent and quick service for an oil change and state inspection. I also appreciated the complimentary vacuuming of the inside of my car. It saved me a trip to the car wash.
