Great service and hard workers! There was this kid named Sean that took care of my oil change and noticed my low tire sign came on, without hesitation he re-aired the tire and watched to check for a leak! Service like that will always win you more customers!

All of the employees were very kind and courteous, they helped me get the best price possible. The manager offered us water and explained the process. Really appreciate the customer service (:

Though we had past experiences at Take 5 Oil Change in Virginia for years, this was our first time at Take 5 Oil Change off of FM-78. The overall experience was fantastic! From the customer service throughout the entire visit to the knowledge level of the technicians, we left completely satisfied and will be making this our go to place from here on out!

I had a great experience. The workers were very professional courteous and provided fast service. The reason I give you 4 stars is that your air filter and other filters for behind my glove compartment prices are not reasonable compared to O’Reillys auto parts. And the price of your synthetic oil changes are higher than the dealership. I go to you for location convenience and by getting my great 25% military discount this came close to the price I pay at the dealership. You should re-evaluate those prices but KEEP the excellent friendly workers you have.

Great place to get your oil change those guys there make sure that your car is fully equipped and clean after they change your oil and has great customer service.

Got my oil changed on Sunday the 22nd by Anthony well they call me Monday to say that they forgot to charge me for a air filter. Then today Christmas eve walk outside to go home from work with oil coming from my car. My plug at the bottom was missing must of came loose. This could of been serious damage to my car. Highly recommend don't go here with unprofessional employees. Who make a mistake to cost yall more than the service.

Love the convenience of the service and friendly, professional technicians. Although I usually opt to change the air filter and wiper blades on my own because I believe they're overpriced.

Outstanding communication between employees, treated me very well. Aired up the tires, checked all the fluids (literally, not like other places that just pencil whip it), everyone was very courteous, and professional.

The guys were AWESOME.one little set back was the sensor wasn't reset so it came on. I took it back and it was reset with no problems.

It was my first visit since the ownership change. They were very professional and did an exceptional job in very little time. They made sure to keep me informed at every stage. I will return again.

Drove up, guys handed me a cold bottle of water, told me to open both windows put a fan in the window of my car, and went to work. I have had two of my cars in this week very pleased with the work.

Good service, took bout ten minutes to do a oil change. They need to get the lobby/waiting area back up and running. That way customers are not forced to stay in their vehicle.

Great service. Greeted me and my mom with a bottle of water. Changed the oil topped everything off and we were out of there in approximately 15 minutes!

The overall experience is unmatched by any other oil change I’ve ever had. The service was extremely efficient. The customer service was phenomenal and Jose did a great job leading the crew. I definitely recommend this location. I won’t be going anywhere else for an oil change.
