I got there at 7am for an oil change. The manager did my oil change he was quick and nice and very friendly. It wasn't expensive and I left happy. I will definitely go there again.

Very disappointed with this place since it changed to Take 5. The people are nice but the prices have gone through the roof. They charged my son nearly $100 for an oil change. When it was Texaco, a full service oil change was about $40 and you got a lot more for that price. I will no longer go to any Take 5 locations.

My wife took our Jeep to get its state inspection done and was told our turn signal lamps were too small. Being a former state inspector and after reading the State laws it says nothing about the size just that they have to be visible from 300 to 500 ft.which they are.

A bit upset wanted to get an oil change before I go into work today. I figured no one would be in line before 8am. I get there and was told they had no oil. Geez it's the one thing you do is oil changes how can you be out. You had one job people.

The workers was very nice polite and professionals and gentlemen's.they really look like they enjoy themselves working, also they told me something that no one else ever have.when I went there they checked my air condition filter and it was really dirty. It hadn't never been changed before. No other oil places have ever said that before. I was really amazed and I would definitely go back from now own to get my oil changed. And everything else if needed.

I have been going to this location for years when it was called Havoline Express. The difference now is they are more operationally professional. It's like what Starbucks was like when they first opened calling out statistics loudly between the order taker and the barista. Two guys were working on my car and communicating stats back and forth. It gives the appearance of being thorough. They even show you the oil level on the dip stick. With all of that being said, the oil change cost at all levels is about 15.00+ higher than they use to be now that Take 5 has taken over the business. The cheapest oil change I saw on the posted chart was 69.99 all the way up to 89.99. I choose synthetic which comes with one brand of oil filter. Overall it's a business and there are costs to be profitable. I believe the services are high but the service is great. If I had more money than I do I would use them exclusively. But I am not wealthy and have to be responsible and realistic with what God gives me. I have Take 5 dreams on a Walmart budget.

Went to get my state inspection performed for my yearly registration on my 2019 Toyota. The gentleman who performed the inspection took about 30 minutes going in and out of my car then ultimately came inside to let me know that he was going to fail my inspection because he couldn't get his computer to read the diagnostics on my car. First of all that's an equipment issue and not an issue with my car. The gentleman then explained the issue was most likely a loose connection on my cars end that didn't allot their diagnostics computer to work properly. I then immediately got on the phone with the dealership as no one else besides them had even serviced the car and let them know exactly what the man had told me. The dealership suggested that I go in immediately so that they can fix any issues regarding this "problem". As soon as I informed the worker that I was on the phone with the dealership he miraculously got the diagnostics computer to work amd passed my inspection. I paid and left. Then I proceeded to go over to the dealership either way to see what the issue was, if there was any. They serviced my car within 10 minutes and were able to connect their diagnostics computer with no issues. The man at the dealership then informed me that this establishment was most likely trying to give me a failing inspection to charge me for a service they had not/were unable to perform. So simply put, this business was trying to scam me out of my money. Never going back.

I was able to pull in, stayed in my car, got great service (no attempts to sell me unnecessary air filters). Replaced a stripped plug no charge, aired my tires, washed my window and I was on my way!

My first visit at Take 5 in Katy was awesome. They crew there was polite, WELL MANNERED, offered me a bottled water during my short wait while they went to work on my vehicle. Felt like royalty! I would highly recommend, I won’t be going anywhere else for an oil change from now on. Thanks guys, y’all rock
