Take 5 Oil Change, Carrollton TX

I stopped here this morning to get an oil change. After the gentleman popped the hood and checked my oil, he asked a few questions regarding last change etc. He then proceeded to tell me it's not time to change my oil because it's exactly where it needs to be. My car is new so I explained the oil Guage and he told me how I needed to read it for future and when to come back. I am sorry I didn't get your name but I truly appreciate your honesty and this is why I will be back for your amazing service!

The worst attention I have ever received in my life. The boy who answered me (the only one who speaks Spanish) was upset because I informed him that I was going to make a trip that he wanted me to check all the fluids in my vehicle because he told me that I did not have to tell him what to do, that was his job the truth would have wanted a better and kind answer

Service was expedient with everyrhigg bc thoroughly explained, and all three technicians were kind and very funny. A wonderful experience. 5 honks. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend.

I was in and out in 15 minutes. The tech was nice. He asked me what I needed and got to work. He checked everything under my hood, filled up my washer fluid and began the oil change. When he was done I told him my low tire light was on. He checked the inside of my door for correct tire pressure and filled all 4 to the correct pressure. I was very satisfied with my visit and will return next time I need oil service.

Despite having quite a few customers lined up, Michael (oil change) and Koby (inspection) did a good job of keeping things flowing smoothly and taking care of everyone in the proper order. I was pleased with your services.

Emmanuel, Chris and Ryan all helped get my oil change completed because the nuts and bolts were a bit too tight. They took longer than I expected but they explained what I figured was wrong which was it was too tight from my Midas experience last time I had my car worked on. They were really professional and friendly and I hope to see these guys again when I need road side assistance again. Thanks everyone.

I worked with the manager Dillon. The best customer service and overall experience ever. I highly recommend this location and will continue coming here! The wait was not long and they were efficient, checked all of my fluid levels and made me aware of everything they did.

Great place they bring you water as you pull in. You give them your information once you are done giving information your oil change is done. They check all your fluids and tire pressure. GREAT place. They help me keep up with oil change with a sticker on the windshield. I also get a coupon in the mail, and my boyfriend gets a military discount. That's my place for oil chance.
