Got my state inspection done, new windshield wipers and an oil change. Offered me a water bottle and got right to my vehicle. Took 15-20 for everything. They were professional and polite the whole time. Will be coming back again
I recently had my oil changed at the take 5 on alta mere in fort worth texas and they broke my oil dipstick and didn't even acknowledge it when I brought it to there attention they said they would have to get management approval first well after waiting 2 months plus they told me that they got it in. I went by to get it installed only after I told them that I wanted only a factory original they substituted a universal one which wasn't even long enough to reach the oil. I ended up going to dodge and getting the correct one for my truck now the one remaining question is will they reimburse me or not I suspect the later. So with that being said buyer be very aware.
Fast service. I was given a complimentary bottled water while waiting in car for oil change. This is my second time there. I will definitely go back.
Customer service is great they took real good care of my car. My new place to go get my oil changed.
The three techs that were working were efficient and helpful. Jon Jon and Justice are great and went above and beyond by checking my tire pressure and washing my windshield. The team here is skilled and work well together.
Quick as they can be, courteous, clean.
For the love of your sanity, do not call and expect professional answers for the customer service line. They have no clue about what is going on at their shops, and cannot relay how busy or not busy any said shop is expected to be.
Talk to the people turning wrenches, they know what's up.

The people there were really friendly. I like that they always offer you water when I go there.
These guys are always polite and professional when I service my car. They are quick and have the proper oil to service my 2006 Mercedes ML500.

The staff is friendly, they have a good treatment, but I can't believe that I had to wait 1 hour for them to change my oil when there were only 2 cars in front of me. I came here because I thought the service was fast, maybe this wasn't one of those days for them but this is my experience.
We waited for 45 minutes, 30 of that in the bay. Only one car in front of us, which was in the bay before we got there. 9: 45am on a Wednesday. There were 3 other workers, all standing around watching 1 worker do the work. Chatting, cursing, hands in their pockets while they had more customers waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Similar to city workers, 1 does the work while 3 “supervise”. Not a good business plan. I don’t know what happened, but it has never been this slow at this location. It is usually a fast and friendly service. Blake was the only one to come by at any time and explain why one portion of the oil change was taking so long.
Super friendly staff! Service was done fast and they were knowledgeable on the the type of oil change needed on my Volkswagen. 100% recommend to anyone needing quality service!
When I started going here over a year ago I was very impressed. They came out with a bottle of water, showed enthusiasm, and hustled to get cars through the ports. My last two visits have been very disappointing which makes me think there's been some management change and I'll be finding a new oil change service. The current employees (of which there were 7 today) shuffle around at a slow pace, bicker with each other in front of customers, and generally display very unprofessional behavior. After I pulled up today, about 4 cars came in behind me and they were told it would be an hour wait. It was a little puzzling when there were 7 people standing around staring at each other. Additionally, I was shown a "dirty" air filter and was told I should have it replaced. I had just replaced it on my last visit with them. If you're more interested in making a quick buck instead of fostering a loyal relationship with your customers then good luck keeping any.
My car is new it only has 17000 miles on it and the car I had before was a 2020. On both cars the oil change attendance left the hatch that covers the oil filter opened. My last car it eventually fell off. Everytime I left that place I had to go to a mechanic to pay to get it closed. This car I have now has a metal cover and it hits the ground everytime I hit a bump. I do not appreciate them leaving it opened: they made me turn off my car and sit in 105 degree weather and I have cancer. This place is a show, they are so into their performance that they don't pay attention to what they are doing. Not to mention that I pay twice as much there. They treat your car like it came from a junk yard. I'm never going back: Everytime I went there it took 30+ minutes. On the sighn it says 5 minutes
Just drove away from there. I'm in a hurry I drive up, there's only one car in the first bay and one tech says, go into the empty second bay and we'll get you in and out. I'm thinking, cool, I'm in a hurry, this couldn't be anymore perfect. The dude grabs the cone to have me drive in annnnnd then another tech says nah, put him behind the other one in bay one. What? !
5 techs were standing around. Lazy approach. Thought they were better than that. Lots of good reviews for this place, and I'm sure they do good work but it's the principle of being better than the other guys out there that was lacking here. And generally I leave good reviews, but that was not cool, when you could easily be taken care of and you're in a hurry. Be Take 5, please. Yeah, I'm calling that out.
